First informals I always love when I come to this place to see my primary care. Doctors not only the doctors but the nurses and the staff that works in the front. I want to say thank you to the nurse that took care of me Mirna Fernandez and my incredible doctor that always has my best interest in my health and mind Mustafa and the incredible staff in the front the place is always so clean such a pleasure to walk into such a great atmosphere every single time I go there is such a pleasure thank you you guys for giving your patience such a great experience over and over timeless It makes the appointment so incredible great

I had such a great experience at Memorial Primary Care - Silver Lakes, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nurse Tanisha! She was so kind, patient, and really made me feel comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients—she took the time to listen, answer my questions, and made sure I was taken care of.

It’s not every day you come across someone who makes a doctor’s visit feel easy and stress-free, but Tanisha definitely did. If you’re coming here, you’re in great hands. Thanks, Tanisha!

I love MPC. They're very thorough with their medical screening for new patients. I've never experienced this with any doctor's office.

The staff are amazing and friendly. I had a wonderful and warm experience with Tanisha who processed my paper work. Overall, the best primary care on the block. I highly recommend them.

EDIT: I JUST RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS LOCATION, to talk about this review. First, I was not a patient so I asked how did they get my number. The person(Lisa Gordon, the practice manager) said that she looked me up in the memorial system to get my phone number, looking through my records, violating HIPAA to talk about this review. I am glad I am not the patient of this location

EDIT 2: Imagine being that petty, to lookup your health records to find you and call you. There is an option to reply to reviews in google, and yet rather than simply replying to the review that "I was not a patient", this person took time away from her job, looked me up in health care system and called me to discuss the review.
Maybe rather than calling people about their reviews, you should focus on working on time in the clinic, and then you will be able to manage appointments on time. This is not the best use of your time, but what do i know....

2 hours wait time for scheduled appointment. No availability, useless. Unfortunately the insurance makes the choice for you and cant go to another one. They should shut down this primary care. They wont see you without appointment, yet no availability for weeks. They will tell you to go to the urgent care instead. They dont have any equipment here such as xray etc. what is the point of this place? You need to wait hours just to get prescription for your regular meds. Useless clinic, they should close it and turn this into a cvs.

Dr. Katz was excellent—very professional and courteous during my annual medical evaluation.

Dr Islam and her assistant Sanea were fantastic. They are very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. They take their time explaining everything. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
