I recently visited Dr. Gary Brown 's office for a follow up appointment I had the GREATEST EXPERIENCE from the time I entered his office. The office staff gave at the front desk is very pleasant and professional. I arrived early and was given paper work that was explained in detail what needed to be signed and why. This was my second visit with Dr. Brown and it was very informative for me, he went over my results with me and explained the results in detail, he gave me good advice on what to do about somethings I explained to him that I was experiencing. Overall my visit was worth me leaving work early. A SATISFIED patient 😄

Positive: Dr. Brown and his team were excellent. My first time with this practioner. Great bedside manners. He moved from Pembroke Road Primary Care when I initially made the appointment clinic but, it was absolutely worth the drive to his new location.
Negative: Did not have the vaccine I needed. Would have to go to another location.

During my recent visit with Dr. Brown, supported by Nurse Carmen and Nurse Ericka, I was truly impressed. Normally, I don’t look forward to doctor visits, but they made it an unexpectedly positive experience. My appointment was prompt, and Dr. Brown was both punctual and thorough. The nurses were exceptionally kind and reassuring, enhancing the overall experience with their encouragement for better health practices. I’m so pleased that I’ve decided to make this my primary care office going forward.

I've been with my physician for little more than a year now. I have never felt more comfortable, more seen and understood in my entire life. She took her time with me, addressed all of my concerns and never at one moment did I feel rushed. It was an excellent experience.

I absolutely love coming to see my Doctor. It may be a bit far out for me, but it's worth it to come and talk to her. Even if it had been a whole 2 years since I last saw her, she remembered me. Honestly, all the staff are enjoyable to see and talk to, from the reception to the intake/vitals check nurse and, of course, the Doctor herself. I truly feel cared for and listened to as a patient here. When discussing treatment options for my diagnosis - Alternative treatments were offered (i think it depends on what the circumstances are and if it's applicable). Either way, the doctors and staff always make me feels comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived the staff at the front desk were attentive and kind. I sat and waited maybe 5 minutes before the medical assistant Carmen came to get me. She too was very professional, thorough and kind. This was my first time seeing Dr. Boire and what an experience! He has one of the best bedside manners I've seen in a long time (and I'm a nurse!) Professional, respectful, took his time and addressed absolutely everything I brought up. 10/10!

I went in for my yearly check up with Dr. Perla Del Pino-White. She is always Amazing. The best PCP in Memorial Miramar. Her staff is always very sweet and professional.
