Went in with my sister for a procedure 03/14/2025. The experience was very calming. The hospital was very welcoming. The doctor was also amazing. The best part of the experience I have to say is my sister nurse Atoyia O. She was so sweet! Her patience and beautiful spirit made me feel so good while I was there and when I left my sister. I also loved her calmness in handling everything question and request when we asked or needed something. Atoyia made the trip to be with my sister so smooth! My sisters and I are so thankful!!!😃

People at Memorial Hospital and incredible amazing.
So kind and familiar that you don’t feel like you are at a Hospital you feel like you are home. Very polite and educated and they really take care of you, and of course you feel the professionalism, I mean everyone. I am so happy whatever i need it was at the Memorial. Thank you very much all the people at Memorial. In addition Dr Fawazz Mohiudin is a great Orthopedic and have a really good team at the Memorial

The nurses, staff, everyone were wonderful for my daughter’s birth. They follow up with you after you leave the hospital to make sure you and baby are okay which meant a lot to me. My husband and I are first time parents and the nurses were sooo helpful with guidance with swaddling, feedings, tips.

I was treated with respect. The tech lab Eliza explained clearly and make feel safe. I was nervous but she was kind to me. We also got helped by Christina who was super nice. I when for a pre-op labs. I have no complaints at all. Cuddles to those two lab techs.

Got my pre surgery labs done with Lilian today. The whole process was really smooth. She got my vein with one poke which was very impressive. She was very kind and supportive. I’m very grateful for her kindness and reassurance. It made me feel better about my upcoming surgery. My whole experience with the outpatient center was seamless and easy. Couldn’t ask for better.

An excellent ER - friendly reception and triage right away - I was seen almost instantly and in a room waiting the doctor within five minutes of arriving. The Doctor was outstanding explaining everything and running a series of tests - then reviewing the test with me at the end. The techs were all friendly and very professional - and the next day a telephone call to check up on me and make sure I had an appointment to see me Primary for a follow up. As much as one could say this was a pleasant experience - it was......
