They made her very comfortable and was quick and easy. It was amazing how fast they took her in and got her taken care of. I was turned down by the other urgent cares and will only be using this place from here on out.

Easy to check-in without an appointment. I did have a short wait before I was called by the nurse. Everything was very professional. Treated with respect. Doctor came in right after the nurse left. I was very pleased with the whole experience. It was much faster than visiting my primary physician when I actually have an appointment. I had called my physicians office and was told they had no appointment available and that I should go to urgent care. This was my first visit to this facility, but I will definitely use it again if needed.

The convenience of nearby immediate care. I didn't want to go through the night with a high fever. Other Urgent Care offices could not see me until the next afternoon. It was a wise decision as I tested positive for covid.

Laura is top shelf in all ways. Gets her job done efficiently & effectively while still putting a smile on your face. She’s the best…… technically sound & great people skills.
Ivy also gives clear explanation for clear understanding.
Those are 2 great EEs. Great systems can work, but without great people, they won’t work as well.

Second time in a week because this infection is just stubborn. I was able to hold a place using the online tool. We had no wait time. The NP was very kind and listened to our concerns. Medication was prescribed! Always a great experience!
