Melinda and staff have been very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive.
So grateful to have a resource like this in Silver. Melinda herself knows her products and does her best to work with the physicians that refer patients to her business.
I have had very positive experiences ? with her and her staff and as I age chronologically I am sure to continue to use this resource.
She even laughs at some of my stupid jokes.

Lady at the desk needs better customer service she thought I wanted it done today when only I was trying to find information and get copy I need in order to purchase a new cpap what she was doing on the computer was more important than her customer. Never set foot in that store again.

My choice for my patients in SW NM. Melinda and Emilio couldn't care more for their customers, and have often gone far beyond expectation. Avoid the big box suppliers, this is one service that needs to be local. All kinds of medical equipment and supplies.
