I normally don’t give reviews, but if you read the full review, you will understand why I felt compelled to write this. I visited Melbourne Podiatry, the Palm Bay office back in July. I saw Jared Moyles, he took an X-ray and determined that I had plantar fasciitis, he recommended a cortisone injection. I inquired if this was painful, and his response was that I would feel a pinch and then pressure. He lied.
This was the worse pain I had ever experienced in my entire life and I’m a mother of three.
He left me traumatized. I was in pain and in tears He left the exam room as quickly as he entered.
I am not sure how long he has been in practice but he was extremely uncaring and cold.
I felt like I was just a number.
Fast forward to today, I had seen Dr Dunne years prior and decided to return to his office. He gave me the same cortisone injection in my heel
and I was amazed at the Huge contrast
I had no pain, no blood running down my heel and he made sure I felt comfortable and safe.
I cried today, but it wasn’t because I was in pain
It was because Dr. Dunne took the time to make sure I was cared for.

The staff in the office failed to credit our payment to our account. Then they harassed us for months for a payment that they weren't due. When we tried to call them, they never answered the phones or returned phone calls. We finally spoke to billing and they verified the error, but said that they can't fix it, only the office staff can. What an incompetent waste of time this has been. We also were not happy with the care from the podiatrist.

I'm SO thankful to have found Dr. Moyles - I have "Severe injury induced neuropathy" in both legs from the knees down - finding someone who could trim my toenails has been a real challenge - the nerve irritation and spontaneous jumping is extremely uncomfortable - but Dr. Moyles came in took hold of my foot in just the way it was needed to calm the nerves and close the nerve signals and within 5 minutes I was done👍 No - he's not a conversationalist - but he does a great job at his profession👍 I make an appointment every 3 months and am so thankful he's there!

Office visit was for my grandaughter, the doc was very professional, and treated her quickly and efficiently. He was also very understanding of her concerns and was able to calm her and make sure she wasn't afraid anymore while treating her. If she needs anything further while visiting I wouldn't be at all worried about taking her there.

I knew going into the appointment that the toe nail needed to be removed. Never the less I was feeling nervous that it would be painful.
Dr. Moyles made me feel relaxed he is very friendly and down to earth, as is his staff. It took longer for me to decide to have it done then it did for Dr. Moyles to remove it. I'd recommend their office to anyone.
