I left a poor review based on an unfortunate experience. The owner gave me a call. He was authentically concerned and wanted to hear more about my experience. He understood and apologized for how my situation was handled. He said that he would take responsibility for educating his employees in ways to be of more help to a customer. Especially in times of stress. I very much appreciate his willingness to help.

Med -Tech is consistently either exceptional or dismal depending upon who you are met by. Customer service at this establishment is hit or miss.
They fill a need, they don't serve a need.

No matter what they say nothing is returnable. Absolutely no refunds. One sales representative will say it is and another says they won"t.

Teala was awesome . She was very helpful knowledgeable great customer service very friendly and all around a great person.. I’m super glad and grateful she was the one who helped me. She definitely deserves a raise or a bonus. I would definitely recommend her if you need help with medical equipment or supplies

Probably the worst customer experience in years. The staff member who waited on us seemed to be one of the “let’s smoke a joint “ for lunch club. When talking to her it took 10 seconds for her to grasp what I was saying and then responses were slurred and slow. My wife rolled her eyes and mouthed “ let’s get out of here” which we did. Nobody at the register asked how things were. They two women just keep talking to each other. I’m done. Last time here. Internet here we come

I had the opportunity to work with the folks at Med-Tech on multiple occasions recently. I had to rent a wheelchair for my mother who was visiting. The rate was fantastic for a week's rental! The staff was extremely patient with me with my many questions. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable about all of the products, as I had multiple questions about pads, diapers, belts, etc., that we needed to purchase. Bobby and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and so easy to work with. Every trip my folks make out here will include a few trips to their store. Thanks to each of you for making what could potentially be stressful into a positive experience!

I live in another state and called to buy a lift chair for my Mom. "Bobby" was awesome! He verified the chair she had looked at and helped me complete the purchase over the phone. He was helpful and efficient. They even helped me get it delivered the next day, as my Mom absolutely needed it ASAP. I highly recommend them! What amazing service! I truly appreciated all the help 🙂
