I hate to even post this review and never make any like this but I feel like this needs to be shared with future patients. The women in the office are truly wonderful and seem to have very good intentions, I am just very upset with how things have played out in terms of finding out my results for procedures I had a physicians order for, from this office. I had a Pap smear done 3 weeks ago, results for that should take no more than 5-7days to come back. I had to physically go in to get my abnormal results that required antibiotics, not by a doctor calling and telling me but by asking the receptionist to print them out for me, which I don’t mind doing, it’s just that all professional offices I have been to, they call you as soon as the results come back. I had to come in for a vitamin d injection anyway so I didn’t mind doing so but that’s besides the fact. I should have gotten the results over the phone as soon as they came back, and now my treatment is delayed and I’m with an infection longer than intended. I also had a doctors order from this same physician for a breast ultrasound that was done on 2/17/25 at a different office. They told me the results would come back 3-5 days and that my physician would call me with my results. A week goes by and no call. I attempted to call the office but the number listed on google does not work/ go through. I had my last vitamin d injection yesterday 2/27/25 and had to ask for my ultrasound results instead of someone notifying me what they were. Thankfully my physician was there at the time and said she would go over both results with me, but when trying to pull up the results, they weren’t able to be retrieved. Something with their computer system had went down, which isn’t their fault. The point is, my doctor should have made the initiative or took note that this procedure happened and was going to result and notice that the results weren’t back yet and attempt to call the office that did them so she could personally call me. I don’t think if I didn’t bring up any of my scans/procedures that she would have remembered to go over them with me. She said she would call me over the phone the same day with the results. A different physician who is fluent in english (which I think the main problem in this is there was bit of a language barrier with my main physician so that is probably why a different one called) called me yesterday and acted as if she had no idea what she was calling me for, which if you’re going to call a patient, know what’s going on before you get on the phone. She then proceeded to tell me that she would call me with my results when they come back, which was the point of the call. It’s been over a week and a half at this point, so today I just called the office that did the scan myself to have them print the results for me to pick up vs having my own physician reading them over the phone and save time. What would happen if my ultrasound came back abnormal? More time would be wasted and not put toward treatment if needed. I doubt I would get a call in the future when the results come up on their end and feel as if they would go unnoticed and forgotten about. I know I am not the only patient, I am a nurse and know what it’s like. We are humans and forget things. I just think a little more initiative could have went a long way when it comes to admitting faults, which wasn’t done. Overall, I’m frustrated with my experience at Medstation and I hope that the women in office can reflect and move forward in a positive direction to get the office what it needs. Again, the ladies were lovely and I have no complaints on their demeanor, it’s just how the system of this office played out is what’s upsetting.

Excellent place to get your annual check up. They even do blood work for a fair amount. No people. Free parking. I didn’t have to wait anything. Everybody is extremely friendly.

Terrible service, they don't answer the phone, just WhatsApp. The doctor who sees you is not the one who appears on the prescriptions (that's strange). After consulting twice with “Dr. Ricardo” now they tell me that he doesn’t respond and never did through my health plan. This is all really very strange. Not to mention that the WhatsApp attendant was super rude when I asked about it.
