This is the second time I have had my full body scan at MedSmart and the service and staff are excellent. The scan itself takes around 5 minutes and the technician explains the results in great detail. Highly recommend

I’ve been going to Meds Smart for a year. The facility is very clean and the staff is professional and very friendly.
Lauren Miller is my esthetician. She is extremely skilled in many different skin care treatments. Shes very helpful in helping one to figure out what is the best treatment for that persons skin needs. She’s amazing!

Tech didn't expain the procedure at all before it started. When I asked how the Deca scan worked, he didn't give me a cogent answer. I asked if it worked in a particular way, he just said 'yes'. The review of my report was not especially helpful. He pointed to three numbers, said they were all ok. Didn't give context. He showed me what colour meant what on the visual. The review lasted about 20 seconds. I didn't get the impression that he knew anything about the data. He just worked the machine. Admin elements of the visit on the way in and the way out were disorganized.
