I personally wasn't going to leave a review but when u worked there and seen so much turnover these people are overworked,underpaid, a lot of favoritism,they got a million rules as if they are paying you $100,000/year(it's nowhere near it), but I had a clean record with these people for almost 3 years and they search and searched for a reason to terminate me,for a driver to not have any accidents they sent me to take 6-7 randoms literally for what reason I still don't know to this day,but it's drivers that done damaged multiple trucks but of course it was (swept under the rug)on top of that this specific person(personally)bragged about getting me terminated for something that was said..they skipped over the verbal,write-up and straight to termination and I didn't cost the the company no money no injury no nothing (yes this is how the management work) after you faithfully go to work and do your job..so basically if you are the type to speak your opinions on things or willingly to play the buddy buddy game this ain't the place to work(don't waste your time)B28/Prattville..DRIVERS DON'T HAVE NO SAY ON ANYTHING!!

Receiving: Was treated decently. Appt was for 0600, was put in a door right away. Rec is in back of bldg, check in is in the middle of bldg. when you go in, go straight back to gate and push buzzer.

Ok place to deliver to. No overnight parking right now as the yard is full. Do not park at the open end of the yard, another company uses that for employee parking. If you are drop and hook, they ask that you pull an empty from the yard and drop your loaded into the space you pulled your empty from. Check in at Door 70. Do Not park anywhere in the front of the building

You guys do not used common sense when come to pack things into totes. It like one tote has one whole item in there, and the other one would be full of things. Another thing the totes are NEVER separated into departments; it’s ignoring. Lastly, how are you gonna get confused on what one item says one thing, but send a whole another item. And when the box says 200 in the box don’t open the box and put in the tote; just put the whole box in there. Common Sense.
Update of August 2023: all these fault totes everywhere don’t know what department it goes to and sooooo gonna leave it alone.The system at In general needs to be simple all the addition,subtract and multiply sucks and needs to be simple how many you have in the par should be how many you get , but the system wants to make it complicated, damnit
Update of November 2023: if you pay the people what they want, more pay raises, you wouldn’t have so many turnovers.

Hm. So many good reviews. Mediocre at best. 3 am open and appointment. After 4 no action yet for 14 pallet 1 item half load. People are personable, but hard to find to get answers.

My appointment is at 9 am and they already gave me door to door and they take me away to unload others, I only have 6 pallets of you, I arrived at 6 am and they told me that I had to respect my appointment not before
