I have to say I feel the best I have in years. The staff here is great! The program is attainable! I met my original goal with 7 ish months. I’ve stayed on-track, close to my original goal, for over a year after reaching that goal. I feel healthier & I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished with their help!!
