So grateful for this place! Their website is very informative and you can reserve online when you call. Prices are reasonable and they have a large selection. They're very nice and informative as well. Don't worry that she answers in Spanish. Tell her you speak English and she'll switch over immediately ☺️. I had no trouble understanding her in any of our interactions.

We got there to pick up and their service did not disappoint. We rented a wheelchair for a week which is their minimum rental time.

The wheelchair was in excellent condition with solid brakes and worked great. I brought a cushion for butt comfort which I do recommend for extended use.

I would highly recommend this place for any medical rental or purchase needs. Owner is wonderful and loves helping people.

No where on the site when you book the rental does it say you need to bring a card for copy of insurance. I made my way to the store with an injury only to get denied for not having my card on me. Update your system. You should be able to pull that information from the order. What a joke.
