I wanted to personally thank you all for everything you’ve provided for me. I have never been treated this well by any other office I’ve ever been to dealing with injuries. All the staff members are very compassionate about patient care.

The doctors are extremely professional and very good at their jobs. The company helps so many people (Over 16,000 patients since they opened!) I got in a car accident way back in October and decided to go through with physical therapy after experiencing a whiplash and concussion that kept feeling worse. Everybody here made me feel so welcome and I enjoyed working with Nichole the most. She educated me on how to get better and gave me great pointers on how to exercise.

I definitely must have missed the helpful and exceptional staff. The ladies who answered the phone and assisted me were not friendly. I called about some info I received electronically, which I did not consent to; apparently, they did not like that I called about it. They were brash in their communication telling me that they did not send me anything via text eventhough I was reading it to her. In actuality all I wanted was for them to correct the issue. The only person that was friendly was the gentleman (I think his name was Luis). The therapy session was good so that's why I gave three stars. I would definitely go somewhere else in the future because I don't any extra stress while trying to get therapy nor do I want to be singled out due to my preferences

Very fishy how they handled my visit. Seems like conflict of interest here. I ended up having two herniated disc in my back and they didn’t even properly evaluate me. Beware of these clinics lawyers refer you to.

Medig was easy to work with and did all that they could to help me with my car accident injury. They took the time to evaluate each area and help accordingly. They always asked me how I felt and if I needed to contribute any updates or issues. I am thankful I was recommended to go to them, and I definitely recommend them to others who are suffering from car accident injuries. This is all they deal with, so they really have a niche and understand! Thanks again, Ruth, Ronnie, Alexa and all the other nice staff for helping me!

The service and experience was top tier! If you ever get injured in a accident, this is where you want to go! Therapists were A➕️! Front staff were very thoughtful and thorough with scheduling. The nurse practioner was thee bomb 💣 Always pleasant and giving gems about your care. Need I say more?! #daBEST

My husband was treated at Medig for about 3 months after he was rear ended while stopped at a red light. Medig is a unique medical and physical therapy practice that serves people involved in auto collisions. Dr Lewis, the founder and lead practitioner, is very caring and professional. Both his medical and administrative staff members are all welcoming, helpful and competent. Medig served our needs and we recommend them highly.
