I visit it for left ankle pain. The doctor ordered a xray for me and said she would call me back when the xray report is ready and she would send a prescription to cvs. However, she did not send the prescription until I call back two days later and until now she did not call back even though the xray report is ready for more than 1days.

Had an appointment for my cold sore on my lip and the doctor on duty. He was so rude to me. He said I cannot prescribe any antibiotic unless I actually see all the cold sores on your lip. Just wait when they pop out then come and see me. Certain antibiotics can prevent cold sore on the lips to fully develop. Dr. Said is in the wrong business. That’s how he makes money by charging insurance companies.

Went in for routine blood work. It’s been over 2.5 weeks since they took my blood and I still haven’t gotten any results.

I called them multiple times to get to the bottom of this and have gotten the run around every time. Put on hold for long times, redirected to extensions that immediately go to dial tone, etc.

Of course they were very punctual about calling me to ask for credit card information so they could take my money.

My son tested positive for covid he is almost 15 and should have been prescribed paxlovid because there are immunocompromised people who live with him but the dr is refusing so now we have to make another dr appt and spend more money to get him treated. Not amused!

Called to make the appointment told me they couldn’t find my coverage and instead of helping told me to call and figure it out, This place will not help you if you run into insurance issues the front desk person will help by telling you she can’t help, which for the record is not helping at all. Other doctors office know of the direct line specifically for doctors offices workers that run through each insurance company for this reason, but it’s unfortunate no one trained these people about those tools to help customers.
