Whenever I can't get an appointment with my doctors office. It's nice to know i can come here and get great care. I've now used them about 4 or 5 times. They saved me. Easy in and out. Fast service. Everyone is nice. They call in my prescription and I'm good to go.

I went there for foot and ankle injury, the doctor just touched my foot for 2 seconds then said I need Xray, on the Xray request paper marks the wrong area of the foot. Xray person had call the doctor office to correct the paper. Also the doctor told me he will send pain pills prescription to the pharmacy which never did. Not a urgent care more put you in more pain!!!!

I can honestly say Dr Chidi saved my life. His thorough examination during my routine physical caught a serious heart issue that up to then had not been diagnosed. Many urgent care offices have a nurse practitioner but no doctor and I feel lucky that Medicross has Dr Chidi.

Dr. Chidi and his staff are extremely caring, thourough and empathetic! My entire family goes to them for any immediate needs we have and they are always so gracious to give us the time and attention. They even call to check in if prescribed any medication. We appreciate Medicross and recommend them to everyone!

If I could give a lower score I would. In my case it was a complete waste of time money. On top of not really checking me for anything they referred me to a different clinic for blood work that never answered the phone and never returned my call. And a different location for another test that couldn’t help me either. Go to any other clinic but this one.

Great staff, nurses helpful and friendly. Doctor extremely helpful was able to do last minute hemmoroid surgery for me. He was quick and professional. I will be coming back. Highly recommend it.

Terrible front desk receptionist. She ignored us as we walked in. We stood o front of her and NEVER said. “Can I help you” or perhaps “I’ll be right with you”. When we asked if she can help she replied “Are you here to see someone?” (Obviously). We patiently said yes. She immediately asked for the patient date of birth. In front of other patients sitting in there. Has she heard of HIPPA ? We walked out.

I am probably the worst patient ever. I always have a million questions, and some pretty serious health issues. Dr. Chidi is always kind, patient, and available. His bedside manner reminds me of the doctors of my youth who actually care. This isn't easy to find anymore. Sometimes there is a little wait, but not an unreasonable one. The staff is so friendly and they keep the place clean and sanitary. 100% recommend.
