Joe the pharmacist is amazing. He is so kind and took his time to explain all of my cats’ medications to me. Their pricing is cheaper than other compounding pharmacies too. Entire staff is wonderful!!

Had an awful experience yesterday. I called this business to ask if they had a medication in stock and the older woman who answered the phone took it as an opportunity to not just answer my question but to make me feel bad for the medication I was taking. She told me that the medication I am taking isn’t approved for the reason I’m taking it. I explained that that isn’t true and I’m being prescribed by a Dr. And the medication is approved by the FDA. She kept going on about it and it was clear that she obviously has a personal opinion or issue with the drug and I informed her I didn’t need to engage in the conversation further that they didn’t have the drug in stock so I was going to disconnect the call and end the conversation. Incredibly unprofessional. Her tone was rude and judgemental and unkind. It was concerning because she took it upon herself to project her personal views and issues about a medication on me when I was just calling to check if they had it in stock. More concerning, she was uneducated and didn’t know the drug has been approved by the FDA for my diagnosis. BEWARE. I would avoid at all costs!

I found this pharmacy by mistake after I went all over town trying to find a specific product. A pharmacist at CVS told me that she was sure I could find this specific product at Medicine Maxx. I called them and sure enough the had it!!!! The staff was so helpful and amazing, they even gave my son a quarter for the gum ball machine. Customer service is not so common these days and when you get great service, it’s refreshing. I’ll be a customer

Hello this is Tammy Kravchak and wanted to write a review regarding my experience with this pharmacy. I am having some computer problems and the wrong email address appears and for some reason my computer will not let me change it. I believe that I am blessed having Medicine Maxx as my pharmacy because they are not only very easy to work with but all of the staff is so friendly. I trust and depend on their knowledge and have been one of their customers for over 8 years. The pharmacist and all of the staff has always showed me they care and understand no matter how bad things have been for my husband, my brother and myself. I will always refer friends and family to my Medicine Maxx.

I have been coming to Medicine Maxx for years because of Joe ( Pharmacist) and the rest of the staff. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the safety of myself or my children to anyone else. Joe has caught mistakes that the doctors have made with medications ( my son is allergic to liquid antibiotics) before I even got there to pick them up, he had already had it fixed. They all know who you are and that to me is worth it to me. I can call or go there and shoe always makes time to answer my questions. Everyone else is so friendly and loves to chat while you wait.

Once I got them I saw they had food dye capsules and 1 of the items I could have gotten at a vitamin shop for quarter of the price.
Cost was over $400

Disappointed and over priced.
