I placed an order for the Huskey toilet bowl cleaner but due to a technical glitch in the system, I was not aware of the unavailability of the product. After purchasing an item through Medici recently we had reason to write to them in hopes of having a couple of instructions explained to us. (The instructions that came with the product were vague, but that’s not Medici’s fault—they are not the manufacturer, just the supplier.) Not once, but twice, a customer service rep named Moshe contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and wrote back to us with a full explanation, even offering additional details we didn’t think to ask. The emails we received were a throwback to another time, when customer service used to be like this but rarely is anymore. P.S. the product arrived quickly and works exactly as described. Five stars.

Excellent service and quality products from amazing people who really care about your healthcare supply needs. When my elderly uncle fell and broke his hip, Moshe and the Medici Supply Co. team got us everything we needed (wheelchair, adult diapers, braces, etc…even neosporin and band-aids!!) quickly and at an affordable price and delievered right to our door. If you need any item to aid you or better your health, you gotta go to MSC. They truly are a one-stop healthcare shop!! Bye bye cvs and Walgreens !!
