Zero stars. Called. Made the appointment, 2 weeks out. Not too bad of a wait time. I was going in to establish care, discuss a prescription that I need for parts on one of my medical machines, and to discuss a small health issue. The gentleman that took me back was great. The NP sat for a few minutes and listened to what I had going on. Asked a few questions. NP said all good, she will fill the prescription. Call back to check since I hadn't heard anything. The prescription was never put in, however, the person on the line would send a message.called again and the NP I worked with will not be an employee here anymore. Oh, and the prescription wasn't sent 🤷🏽‍♀️ Why? So I called today, just to see if that NP just sent it without telling me. I was on hold for 46 minutes. And just gave up. I called the other offices for a direct transfer. No one answered the phone. In Gridley.

No matter how many people are in the waiting room I've never waited over15 min. They offer same day appts. They have orthopedic and radiology right here also

My husband was transferred to the Gridley because their phone number is not straight the them. It says press 1 for gridley office 2 for oroville… 50 mins now that nobody has answered… we’re calling off two phones.

This place was good for a couple years. Now they are for the profit not the care. Find a new primary anywhere but here.

I’m confused when they say they are also a “walk in” clinic and offer walk in appointments. I have called to see if there were any available appts for the day due to being sick and the receptionist says I can walk in. I did just that for them to say we don’t accept walk ins and then get turned around. This has happened to me twice at different times. Please tell me what their definition of “offer walk in appointment” means to them because they seem to be confused ad well.

I'll start with the bad, Doctor? If you want to call him that, Jacob Blasi? Should not be in the medical field. Twice now that he talked to us(me) like I'm an idiot or below him, as if I'm a doctor and I'm stupid for not knowing all of the correct medical terminology. He turned us away and made us reschedule because he didn't have time to go over our paper work, said he has other patients to attend to do (the waiting room was completely empty). That man is completely unprofessional and has no business handling patients.

The other staff is friendly and will try their best to help and get you going, appointments do go quick when made which is nice.

Do yourself a favor and request someone else, DO NOT be seen by Jacob Blasi.

I have just returned from my “appointment” I would leave a no star review if I could since I didn’t even see a doctor. I showed up early for my appt. With my service dog and two grandchildren. The nurse asked if my dog bit.I replied that he had been doing public access for two years and he would do that. I asked if she was afraid of him and she confirmed she was so I had my grandson take him. She finished up with my blood pressure and stuff and left. When the doctor came in she opened the door and stared at the dog. He stood up and she slammed the door. Then the nurse came to the door and said, through it, can you come down? I asked where and they said they were moving me to a different room and that my service dog AND grandchildren had to stay there!! I’m not a litigious person but I’m telling you why I definitely want to call an attorney. I have been discriminated against!!

There is a 100% reason this place has a 2.6 rating. It all starts with the rudest old receptionist when you walk in the door. You're going to a clinic because you don't feel well and it's just unbelievable, simply unbelievable how unprofessional they are here!!! Avoid at all costs!!
