Unprofessional Experience with Phlebotomist Joanne

I went in to do my blood work and met with Joanne. She wiped my arm and there was a long strand of hair where she had just wiped, so I removed it. Joanne got upset, saying now she has to wipe the area again because I had just touched it. While getting ready to wipe it, she is talking to herself, saying things like "I don't know why you touched it after I just wiped it." Joanne put the strap around my sleeve, and I told her it wasn't tight because my sleeve was rolled up. She then proceeded to get another attitude, saying she's been doing this for years and doesn't need me to tell her how to do her job. She didn't attempt to try to look for the vein at all, she just went directly above the needle mark from yesterday, and she ended up missing my vein. Instead of looking for the vein, she placed the tube in, then attempted to look for the vein. I was texting a colleague attorney I work with, then Joanne raised her voice at me, stating "you better not be recording me," and ended up piercing through my vein, causing me pain and blowing my vein, and she got mad and started ripping the strap off and tossing the tubes and needle into the garbage bin. I told her she needs to calm down and breathe in and out, I assured her I wasn't recording her, and showed her my phone, and I asked her would she please just draw my blood, and I asked her for her name. After asking her for her name, she stated that she needed to call someone, and while in my face, she called Abigail to come supervise her because I was trying to tell her how to do her work. Abigail came up, and I told Abigail at that point I just want to file a complaint on Joanne, and I explained to Joanne my grievance, and the whole time Joanne was calling me a liar in front of Abigail, and the only part she admitted to was when I told Abigail she accused me of recording her. I believe that the reason she blew my vein was because she was on edge and too busy trying to pay attention to what I was doing on my phone to make sure that I wasn't recording her.
