My parents were provided a hospital bed from this company. When we discovered the bed wouldn’t raise and lower properly they offered to send a tech out to look at it..for a fee. My father reached out to them and explained what was wrong as my mother’s home health care providers identified the problem. I went to the office n person and brought the malfunctioning part; I even sent an email with pictures of the underside of the bed to illustrate the issue. Right now my disabled father is trying to lift my
bed ridden mother out of bed when the home care folks Or one of us isn’t available to transfer her to a chair since the bed won’t raise. It’s a shame that a company that is supposed to help the elderly is treating customers so badly.

My SO needed to rent a mobility scooter while hers was broken down. After a few phone calls, and giving them some time to move the rental scooter from the warehouse to the store, we headed over to see whether the scooter would be suitable. You'd think a business that caters to the needs of the physically disabled would be accessible, but you'd be wrong. The wheelchair accessible door is blocked by various walkers and wheelchairs, so I had to struggle to get my SO, in her wheelchair, through the side door. That was after having to park on the far side of the parking lot, because the disabled parking space that apparently used to be right out front had been erased and was occupied by the business's delivery van. Then it turned out the scooter in question was parked behind the aforementioned walkers and wheelchairs, and once I'd got it out, was not charged and was missing its power cord. The assistant had to place several calls to the manager (who was out making deliveries, presumably with the business's other vehicle) before he returned the call, whereupon we were told that particular scooter was already reserved for another customer. Having thus wasted the better part of an hour, and quite a lot of sweat, we gave up, with a mental note that we would literally try anywhere else before coming here again.

these guys have ZERO professionalism, specially the operator is such a rude and irritating person. I highly oppose this facility and feel pity on the companies like this one.
