Worst marijuana doctor ever. Do not go here. I've had my medical card since 2019. I have epilepsy and tardive dyskenisia. This doctor took away my sublingual, oral, and topical. I called him to ask him to fix it. He lied and said he had fixed it. He had given me 18 mg for sublingual and 16 mg oral. Basically a slap to the face. What am I supposed to do with that? Do not waste your money here. I had to go back to my old doctor today, he fixed everything. Contact DOCMJ, they will help you find a doctor in their network and they are cheaper and have payment plans.

My husband was seen here today and he has been part of the medical marijuana program for several years now to help treat his service related PTSD. He had a special exemption on file with his former provider which allowed for an increase in recommendations. This office doesn’t allow for exemptions but never said this and it was mentioned at the time of scheduling his appointment. His exemption was taken away by this provider and they did not tell him until after he paid that he was loosing his increase in recommendations. Highly recommend going anywhere else. He will be returning to his original prescriber. Waste of time and money.

DONT TRUST THIS "DOCTOR". i paid 300 dollars for a year of my card privalege. I had an appointment yesterday set back when i got the card. I was texted asked yesterday to change my appointment from 12 to 3 for him because he has surgery. I said okay showed up at 3 and by 4 pm, he didnt show himself. I told ths receptionist im leaving have to go back to work already took extra time off for him. Today my card was taken off of the registry even though i paid 300 dollars already. Him saying i need to find a new doctor and he keeps my money now. I have to go to another doctor and pay again because these crooks are considered doctors. Also he doesnt have his own equipment so when you go into fill out medical info, he forces you to use your own phone and then gets artificially angry if you cant figure things out, as if you didnt just give this unprofessional "man" 300 dollars for him to do his job. Go to pensacola. This dr micheal rinaldi will be out of his license soon, i already talked to the MMJ board and they told me you have no rights to take away cards from people because you have a personal issue or attitude problem. You owe me 300 dollars...

We saw Dr Michael for my 3 year old son's ears. He was fantastic with him and got the tubes placed and the adenoidectomy done with a quickness. Highly recommend him!

Terrible customer service by Shannon. She, represents the poorest quality of business communication I have experienced in the Santa Rosa county area. That confederate tone, of inner circle conducting professional business; does not work, with the inner circle of this BLACK MAN! I highly recommend the other CARE FACILITIES IN PENSACOLA FLORIDA. I understand why now this office has no reviews, contrast to the other options in Pensacola Fl.
