The staff and Radiologist are great and made me feel very comfortable. The challenge is the billing dept. I paid my co-pay up front which they asked for. Provided all insurance primary and Medical Care info. Then get an invoice for over $1,000.00 I called the office and went over to the Center they told me to call the Main phone #. They have not invoiced the insurance company or Medicare correctly even admitted on several phone calls. I have been dealing with this matter for over a year now. I was promised and told "don't worry we will take care of this". I said your invoice states that if not cleared up by 16 days they will turn over to a collection agency. You said "we will not turn over to a collection agency" Today I get an email form a collection agency. You promise!!! I am a Vet and a Senior this is not fair and you lied. If this matter is not resolved by the collection agency. I will take whatever action is necessary to end this matter. Not a great way to treat a senior, vet and someone that has cancer.

I have gone here several years for a routine mammogram. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are 5 stars. Problem is the billing department. They are 0 stars. They requested that I have an additional ultrasound and scan after my last appointment. The day before they called and told me that it would be $340. The day of the appointment they told me it would be that amount and I paid it. (They have my insurance information as I have gone here many years and it has not changed.) A month later I get an additional bill for $593. On my BCBS EOB it states "The diagnosis and procedure are not compatible. We have requested the provider to resubmit this service." Three months later I'm still trying to resolve this. (After the appointment their was no mention of unexpected scans etc that would change the price)

I'm posting this because I notice numerous other people have similar issues and to caution others to be aware of additional bills afterwards despite paying for services in advance.

Jenny at Radiology associates was absolutely amazing and very helpful. I had a bad experience at a different place and hated getting mammograms. Jenny made my entire visit easy. Will def be back.

I went in last week for my annual mammogram that I usually dread. Jenny was my technician and she really made a difference, she was great! I’m giving her 5 stars which she deserves.

I always dread getting a mammogram . it’s uncomfortable and painful. I just don’t like it! Jenny did my mammogram, and she is amazing! she was pleasant to deal with, she was professional, her instructions were clear, and most of all she was gentle. now that I know getting a mammogram doesn’t have to be an unpleasant experience, ill be more likely to keep up with them like I’m supposed to.

Went in yesterday for some test. The young lady at the front desk was polite, efficient and professional. I was nervous about the test but her smile put me at ease. The Tech that completed the test was very knowledgeable, explained the process and made sure I was comfortable. While she was putting in the IV in we had a wonderful conversation about our dogs! I'm so sorry that I didn't get their names. The Facility is very clean and well organized. I definitely recommend this facility!

Our technician, Jenny gets a five star in fact everyone who helped including the doctor should get five stars. My mother, Ruth Rubenstein is not always an easy patient and they were all very accommodating to her and was able to get the procedure done very quickly and today he’s resting very comfortably Thank you.
