This office is not professional. Im very disappointed with this location on Old Saint Augustine. I was awaiting for my turn and thought I had heard them call my last name, I stood up only to see the assistant go directly up to another client at the counter and started talking to them and never asked for me again. So I sat back down. After waiting for over an hour and a half I asked the receptionist when is my turn? Since so many people came in after me and went back to have their Imaging done. The receptionist said they had called me earlier and were looking for me. However they did not call for me again...They were not actively looking for me or I would have been in and out of there. They NEVER called my name twice... Only once.... I will ask to go to a different Imaging Center next time. I do not recommend this office.....

All the staff, from the receptionists to the technicians, were very nice and professional. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes. The office was very quiet, and had a nice atmosphere. I will definitely return here when I need medical imaging in the future.

I've always had outstanding service at Baptist South. Very clean, unlike downtown. Staff is professional but makes you feel like a friend at the same time. The only drawback I've experienced is the handicapped parking. While they now have plenty of spaces with the new parking garage it can be quite a walk depending on your level of mobility and where you going in the hospital complex. I've seen a shuttle but they never seem to be where you can catch it.

Told to be here at 6:40. The lady at the desk ignored the six people waiting in the hallway until 6:55. There’s a sign at the front entrance that masks are optional but in the imaging office, the sign says required. The lady stood up and yelled at me across the room about the mask. I was not sitting close to anyone. Silly games.

I was referred for a heart xray in July, and due to MyChart rather than human interaction, I just got the appointment. Baptist is losing my confidence.

Baptist Medical Center South is a wonderful hospital that I truly don't mind going to. The first thing I noticed on my first visit was how clean the hospital was. I've been back many times since in my ongoing fight against caner, and have been treated much, much better than any hospital I've ever been in. The employees are truly helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. If you need to schedule an appt. at a hospital, do yourself a favor and give Baptist South a try, you won't be disappointed.

Using this location for a recent CAT Scan was not only easy and convenient but the tech was wonderful. They take appointments on Saturday which makes it really easy for those who work during the week.
