I went to Medical Hearing Systems not being able to hear very well with my 2 year old hearing aids. I was given a hearing test and ordered a set of hearing aids. I went to pick them up and i’m am amazed at how well I can hear now. The Audiologists were amazing! Kind, so much patience with me and very professional. They took their time to get me at the most comfortable level of hearing, before I left! I Have them only 2 days and feel like a new person! I can hear! I have been seeing Julia Nagel for several years and she and her team have been outstandingly helpful to me, and have successfully eased the difficulties I have due to hearing loss and tinnitus. -- Most recently, I was having some technical problems with my hearing aids and the gear they use to connect to my phone, computer, TV, etc. When I dropped in unannounced to their office, I was able to slip into a small crack in Julia's schedule and she identified and corrected the problems in just a few minutes. -- Even though high end hearing aids have recently become available in sales directly to consumers, I find that the value I get from dealing with a hearing professional to be far, far more than anything I might save by going it alone. -- Medical Hearing Systems and Julia Nagel get full marks from me, and I look forward to returning whenever I need help with my poor hearing.

Julia and Suzanne are extremely personable., professional and caring. When I called to make an appointment.. Suzanne was so friendly and thorough-I felt right at home even though I’d never been there. When I went to my appointment.. Julia was very thorough and patient and addressed every question or concern I had. I received my hearing aids yesterday and she took her time to walk me step by step after the programming process. I have referred them to a few people already and it’s SO refreshing to know SOME place feels customer service is STILL a priority.
