I started bringing my son and daughter here just a month ago. We had finally got established somewhere I felt like I enjoyed. The doctors were both very friendly, caring, and nice. However, I could not bring my oldest son in due to my husband being in the hospital, and they completely discharged us from their practice. Him and both siblings! I couldn't believe it. I understand having 3 or more no shows, but one time Sometimes people can't make it and they are not a bit understanding of that! You either come or you get booted out completely. I tried to call and explain the situation and the office manager (which was very friendly) told me unfortunately the decision still stands and if it was up to her she would reconsider. Just ridiculous in my opinion to treat someone that way over a 1 no show. They lost patients though, so we will just take our business elsewhere. I only give a 2 star because we did like the doctors.

Disappointed they wouldn’t see my children after one no show before we were even established with the practice. Happened years ago and they still were unwilling to reverse their decision

I have been coming here for 5 years with my 3 young children. Dr Bailey is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She has been an excellent doctor to my children. However, I do not recommend this office to my friends with young children because it seems like they already have entirely too many patients. Almost every time over the last year that my children have been sick, when I call the office I am told to go to urgent care instead of being able to come see my children’s own pediatrician. And then, this morning I had an appointment at 8:40 and I checked in at 8:51 and they turned us away because we were outside of the ten minute appointment window. I had never heard of this policy before this appointment. If you have young children who need to stop and use the restroom or who may get sick outside of their scheduled appointments, I just can’t recommend this office.

I have always had great experiences here. Dr Jack is absolutely amazing and my kids LOVE him!! I’ll never have complaints about him or his nurses but the past year I can not say I will ever recommend this office again to others because it doesn’t matter if you call at 8am on the dot for a sick visit I can never get it with Dr Jack! This morning I call at 8am and I was told Dr Jack didn’t have anything so they put my child with another doctor. Meanwhile I’m checking in for my child’s apt less than an hour after calling and I over hear someone on the phone offer someone else a sick visit with dr jack at 1:30. 2 months ago when my child had strep I called at 8:30 and was told no one had any openings at all! It’s just ridiculous how you can’t get your kids in supposedly with their doctor and then even sometimes at all! The schedulers seem so careless and rude about any concerns you have about not being able to get them in. If there’s too many patients someone needs to fix it! But as my children being long time patients of Dr Jack it is so frustrating to deal with this. I don’t recommend this office anymore. Even though The doctors and nurses are always absolutely amazing, it’s a shame it has gotten to this point.

I agree with the other comments. Dr. Jack is truly a nice man, my kids have been seeing him now for years but it is not the same office it use to be. I'm not sure what changes were made but the office is no longer pleasant. You barely can get in to see Dr. Jack even though he may be your child(s) PCP. Also, why can't parents schedule appointments for their kids to see their provider without having to call the same day like a lottery system. Some kids may just have simply congestion that OTC aren't clearing up but we have to wait on hold for over an hour because there are 50 people ahead of you & by the time you do get through, your child still doesn't get a visit. This method is ridiculous and it is driving his dedicated patients away.

I have been taking my kids here for about 17-18 years now. First my oldest, then when my youngest was born it was a no-brainer because we loved the doctors at this office. However, I do not recommend this office anymore because you will never get an appointment if your child is sick. I don't know if they have too many patients or if the schedules are just poorly managed now. You can not preschedule a sick appointment. You have to call the morning of, which I have always thought is crazy, but I delt with it because the doctors are amazing. If my child is sick the day before, then why can't I go ahead and make the appointment for the next day. The way it is right now even if you call before the office even opens and on hold when they get in, you will still be told that they have no openings for that day that you will need to go to urgent care. This is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason for the 2 starts is because the doctors are amazing. I am seriously considering changing doctors after all these years because of this issue.

The worst experience I've ever had with any doctor's office! It took four days to confirm our insurance and get an appt for my sick 10 month old. On the day of the appt, my son got sick right before getting in the car making us 4 mins late past their cut-off time (they said they allow you to be 11 mins late and we were 15 mins late). I even courtesy called them on the way to let them know he was sick and we were rushing to get there as fast as possible.

When we arrived, they refused to see him despite us both crying in the office. I asked if they would just listen to his lungs just to confirm it's not pneumonia. They still refused. The said we were a "no show," even though we were standing in their office. She said we were 4 mins over the cut-off time. It's insane they refuse treatment for a sick baby because of 4 mins when the doctors consistently run over the appt times by 30+ minutes. I've never felt so helpless.

They sent us to the children's urgent care. I drove as fast as I could to get there and waited 40 mins for it to open only to see a sign when we walked up that it's closed for "summer break." Thankfully a family friend was able to get is in with a specialist who was shocked to hear how we were treated. He said his office sees patients even when they are 30+ minutes late.

PLEASE check out other options in the area!
