I was in and out quicker than you can say hello. Staff were very nice and quite frankly I’m pleased. I found out i had a blood clot in my right arm and if anyone knows me I’m not a fan of needles. Normally i pass out at the site but the young woman that administered it did it so fast i didn’t feel anything. Very good ER team.

I went twice in one week. Once for a sprained ankle and the second time for bacterial influenza. The first time I went I was in and out quickly and treated with follow up with orthopedic doctor. The sprained ankle is currently healing well. Dr Kelly and Nurse Christina were awesome. The second visit the emergency room was slammed and they could not identify the issue. They put fatigue, which was also an issue on the chart and told me to follow it with my physician. I followed up the next day with my doctor, who identified bacterial influenza as the cause. It took 2 days to get the results as the culture has to be tested to get the right antibiotics. I understand that the ER cannot follow up and perform long term cultures. This is fine with me. The staff was extremely professional and supportive during both visits.

The current ER staff is amazing! Yesterday I had an asthma attack and managed to drive myself to the ER. I made it inside but my three kiddos ages 6,3, and 1 were in the car out front. The staff parked my car, and got my kiddos out and immediately begin working on me. During this time there was another group of nurses making sure my kids were okay. They gave them snacks, took my special needs three year old in their break room to prevent him from eloping and being overstimulated and Morgan had my smallest who was a little upset. She routinely brought her in showing her I was okay. I have been in numerous hospitals and doctors offices who would easily said “call someone to get your kids” but this not once came out of their mouths. The amount of compassion and empathy shown from Morgan, Katie, and all of the doctors and other nurses present yesterday is something I will never forget. I’m forever thankful and appreciative. I will never forget this day. The staff genuinely cared and went above and beyond their typical job duties to make sure not only was I okay but my kids as well.

I had a recent visit to the ER at Enterprise Medical Center, and I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my family received. The staff was welcoming and compassionate, making us feel at ease during a stressful time. The medical team was skilled and communicated clearly, answering all our questions. I was especially impressed by the nurses(Princess) and the radiology technician, who provided comfort and support throughout our visit. I highly recommend the ER department for their exceptional care and professionalism.

The nurses who got things rolling were very kind and considerate. I wish I remembered their names and one that did a CT scan was especially kind because I was scared and she was very calming telling me every move. The doctor was thorough in examining me and explaining what was wrong. He also told me things to do about my pain and what not to do. It's actually very different than when I have taken my parents a while ago. Things were cold and unkind as little as 2 years ago but it seems it has changed for the better. Thank you for changing things to be so much better. I hope it stays this way.

I am very grateful that Dr. Roller listened to his gut and made sure to check for blood clots after others did not. It’s not common to come across a real doctor these days, after finding 2 clots in my lungs that can be treated before they become life threatening. On the other hand in the ER I was mostly ignored and the nurse was doing her best to gaslight me sadly.

The service was great! I had a couple student help with my care you would never have known. They were so knowledgeable and professional! They had a great support staff if they needed any advice/help.
The only downside is the WAIT. Like most ERs it is long and boring.

The experience for that was terrible
. The nurse practitioner was rude and mean. I laid in there in pain. For over a hour and half. They never done any test. Or blood or anything. She act like she did not care about how I was hurting.
