I’ve been going here for years and year after year it gets worst. The staffing has poor customer service, communication is terrible. The doctor does not arrive until after 11am they try to make you see a different doctor in the office without prior notice or consent. I was told that I should inquire who the doctor will be when I call, I let them know that their way of thinking is very low as I do not work in the office and not aware of what other doctors they have working. When patients schedule appointments that’s is knowledge that should be shared with the patient as to what doctors are there and preferences on who the patient would like to see. Today I left and requested all my information. I will not be returning to this GYN. Dr. Liburd is very sweet and knowledgeable but she needs to be more aware of here poor staffing and attitudes. They are driving her patients away.

I do not recommend this women's health center at all—0 stars. Very poor and unprofessional service. I went to change my contraceptive method, and they refused to give me the new one I had requested and agreed upon with them. They treated me with lies, never called or answered my phone again. It's disrespectful; nobody decides for anyone whether they want more children or not. No one knows each person's situation to make that decision. Since I told the doctor what I wanted, she treated me indifferently and irritably. It's my decision, not anyone else's, to choose a contraceptive method. They have lacked respect.

Dr. Liburd and her Whole staff are very nice and lovely with the care of their patients. I never write any reviews for anyone, but Dr. Liburd, her nurse practitioner, and all her other staff make me want to write down a nice review for her office. I had two baby girls. In my first one she was unable to deliver her, but in my second one to be honest I had a great experience with Dr. Liburd. She makes sure I am ok, she saw that I was scared, and she spoke to me just to take away the fear from me. I feel at that moment, she was like a whole family member to me. I love this Doctor Mann. No words can explain it. I want to say thank you to her wonderful staff( front and back office for helping me) continue doing the great things Dr. Liburd and may God shows you more ways to help out other women in this world. I would give you more than 5 stars if it was more than that.😍🙏🙏🙏

I have been Dr. Liburd patient over 9 years. We cannot thank you enough for the exceptional level of care you and your amazing staff provided for me. Dr. Liburd went above and beyond through detailed explanations, often time more than once and through any question or concern I have. You listen to patient concerns and provide recommendations and responses for the best course of action. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The Liburd was amazing with my care. She delivered my four beautiful baby girls with no complications and always made my wife feel like she was good hands. My wife still continue to see her as her OBGYN.
