Jason Haffazulu does take the time to really talk and assess his patients he definitely cares. Office/appointments could be a bit more organized but that doesn't fall back on the doctor. As far as patient care I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I TRIED to become a new patient here with Dr. Chai since her reviews were good on the insurance website. Unfortunately, you can't BOOK an appointment online only request one and then they don't book the appointment or cancel it / notify you. I called the practice a day before my appt when I noticed it wasn't confirmed and the front desk appointment setter was so incompetent she kept telling me I had to call to make an appointment. But I was literally speaking to her on the appointment line? When I told her that she argued with me and hung up on me! I called again and she hung up on me immediately. I called AGAIN and they put me on hold multiple times, I asked to speak with the Office Manager and they didn't want me to speak to her. "Who is this, what is this about, I can make the appointment now". TOO LATE. Not interested and will be reporting to BBB.

I'm really impressed that Dr. Jason personally took the time out to call me on three separate occasions to discuss my lab report.
He is caring and is one of the hardest working doctors there.

Had an appointment here today. I walked in there had to 50 people sitting waiting to be seen. Plus another dozen including myself lined up on the wall like cattle. It was disgusting. People coughing and sneezing. This is a cardiologist. My appointment was for 9:45. I walked out at 11:00 still waiting to see the doctor.

How is it justifiable that this place charged my wife a $30 copay for a referral? She waited for an hour, to see someone for 5 mins, only to receive a piece of paper. If that's not a scam then I don't know what is. She arrived promptly, and when others arrived after her, they were attended to before she was. I'll be talking to my insurance company so that this practice doesn't get paid and she has stated that she will not be going back to this location.

This office needs an office manager who can streamline their current processes. The doctors are great and the staff is friendly but process changes need to be made. The woman at the front desk cannot handle the quantity of patients signing in. She always looks flustered and seems to be running around and not get much done. It makes no sense for me to have a 9am appt, walk in as soon as they open at 8:30am, be the 1st person to sign in and still have to "wait" for the lady at the front desk to check me in. Within 10 minutes she was already behind. Then when they call you and put you in a room with what seems like sub-zero temperature, you sit for 20 - 30 minutes before someone comes in and tend to you! This office works in a chaotic mode as the norm and they have trained the patients that waiting over an hour is normal. I know they are busy but a person should not have to take a half day or entire day off from work to see the doctor for an annual visit with no issues. It's as if the patients' time is not respected. There is no way you can expect the flustered lady in the front to check in all the patients for 8 physicians! From the time you walk in you can feel the chaotic vibe from the staff and when you look around the waiting room all you see is unhappy patients tired of waiting. In addition, you are lucky if you find somewhere to sit. Unfortunately, I will have to find another doctor, as the doctor told me during my visit: "we all have choices". Good luck to all of their patients. I hope it improves for you. I will find another doctor who appreciates their patients' time.
If you are looking for a good doctor who doesn't appreciate your time, has an office staff who always work in a chaotic mode, who leaves you in the freezer...I a mean room over 20 minutes before someone sees you and doesn't have enough waiting room seating...this is the place to go. If not, find another doctor!

Waited 2.5 hours past my appointment time. The staff are rude, and there were not enough seats for the overflow of patients - many had to wait outside or in their cars. Dr. Chai was kind but seemed distracted and disinterested. The visit was about 5 minutes. Her office then called me to cancel a week before my follow up. They said the dr. was canceling all of her appointments for a month because she was "overwhelmed." The next available appointment they offered was a month out. Requested a call from the doctor, since I needed to make a decision for insurance. Never received a response, and it's been over 2 weeks. Would not recommend.
