I’ve been receiving Cranio Sacral Therapy from Trisha for a couple years. After a brain surgery i was challenged with balance issues and hearing loss. Trisha is simply THE BEST at what she does. I’ve had years of experience in integrative therapies but Trisha’s work goes beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before. In just one session, I experienced more internal release of old tension patterns than in multiple sessions with other practitioners. I felt freer and lighter in my whole being after just 1 hour with her. She really sees and feels the whole person, not just the “pain issue” her client may present to her, and she’s able to bring holistic balance that’s long lasting and multi-layered including not just physical balance but mental and emotional as well.
