Called yesterday to get an appointment an because it was in the afternoon the wait time was too long. Clicked on the option to receive a call back “without losing my place in line”, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case, they never called back. Called again today, in the morning, so that finally I could get it done, but Maria at the appointment center seemed to be in a bad mood, made me feel like she couldn’t be bothered and left me waiting just about every 5 seconds. She truly should improve her listening skills and hear what you are trying to say before another hold and another failed attempt at scheduling. Hate having to go through so much just to get an appointment.

I’m literally making this review for my 73 year old grandmother because she was extremely pleased with the check out personnel by the name of Stephanie, if I’m not mistaken. My grandmother is slow to speak and hard of hearing and Stephanie was super patient with her by answering all her questions and concerns. There was even a moment where a line started to form and she by no means necessary neglected the patient she had in front of her (my grandmother) and me being someone who works in hospitality, understands how important that is. I just wanted to say that you all have an amazing worker and I pray you all cherish her. It is very hard nowadays to find decent customer service and this young lady’s got it!

This medical center has terrible customer service. They keep you waiting for hours and never answer the phone. It feels like this sevice is for free and even then customer should not be treated this way, we pay an expensive Health insurance monthly to get this ?no way , dont come here , run...

I called to the billing person in charge her name is Missy (not sure the spelling name) I haven't never been in a situation with a person start yelled at me or give me rude answers, when I was asking her about a bill. This person care less about being professional or patient, I'm checking out my service out of this office, she forgot she gets paid from US the Customers, she doesn't have any right to treat people whatever way she wanted.

So a year ago my appointment was made for today. I drive in and parked my car in valet because parking is usually free for patients but come to find out that is not the procedure anymore. So now patients are expected to pay for parking on site - okay whatever- would of been nice for the office to communicate that prior. Then I arrive to the office and the front desk representative says my doctor is no longer with them and told me I would need to reschedule. I declined that offer and suggested for them to find a doctor to squeeze me in and thank goodness they were able to. Management need to look at these reviews and figure out a better way service their patients especially when previously assigned doctors are no longer with the organization. On the other hand, the staff are kind, and helpful. I really like my new assigned doctor and I hope she's there on my next visit. Next time on dragon ball z....

Their offices never answer the phone, no matter what . After 39 tries, and 4 days calling….

Doctors seem to have a revolving door policy… don’t last long as staff. Very unprofessional and stressful medical facility.
