I made an appointment for an employment drug screening the day before I was planning to go. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to wait in the waiting room because there was no one at the desk for a good 15 minutes. When someone did come to the window I was told they were too short staffed for the drug test to be done. They opened at 8am I went at 6pm..that more than enough time to reschedule my appointment or tell me not to come in. Not pleased at all!

Had a great experience with a female doctor a week earlier. Brought my son back sick with Covid and the male nurse practitioner wasn’t friendly and seemed bothered by us. He argued with me about a steroid shot and then asked me if I was a doctor ? I started to say, NO AND NEITHER ARE YOU. I was supposed to be seen as well but he wasn’t putting his hands on me.

Went in at 7 because the closed at 8. They told me all their slots were full and they can’t see anymore patients. There was no one waiting in the lobby. I went and sat I. My car for 30 minutes and watched them cut off the lights to leave at 7:32. A bunch of lies and unprofessionalism.

Door syas urgent care but we were turned away because "we have a few more appointments booked but we don't have any more open timeslots available tonight." There were 0 cars in the lot. Not an urgent care. Don't waste your time.

Edit: in response to the establishment reaching out- if you don't leave availability open for emergency walk-ins, you aren't operating as an urgent care, you're operating as a clinic. Those who need care urgently should not be sent away because you've booked up.

I had a deeply frustrating experience at MedExpress Urgent Care in Pine Bluff. While traveling and in urgent need of care, I was turned away simply because I didn’t have a physical insurance card with me. In a state like ours, where access to healthcare is already limited, this added barrier is particularly troubling. I offered to provide my insurance information via email or print out a copy, but my requests were dismissed. This lack of flexibility not only undermines the accessibility of care but also highlights a serious flaw in the way this facility handles patients in urgent situations. I hope MedExpress considers revising their policy to better accommodate individuals facing genuine healthcare needs, especially those who are away from home.

They were so caught up on people failing drug screens that I would urinate in a cup and she would say it doesn't read temp. Lost a good opportunity behind that. Went three times
