BEWARE. In my personal experience this company has ALOT to learn. They merged with United healthcare. In MY opinion this company does not look at employees but only nimbers. It’s is publicly traded now. I worked for this company 3 years ago and came back. I personally find that since the merger with United health care it has gone quickly even more down hill. I personally think patients should be treated equal regardless of insurance. Making Medicare patients a priority over advantage plans is wrong, especially when company is gaining monetarily and reps get nothing for the same work. There are plenty of companies that recognize the Medicare change now, and give credit where it’s due. It’s no longer 80:20 as far as Medicare verse advantage. In my opinion this company has a long way to go in Florida to be close to competitive. The amount of unnecessary stress coming back has caused is undesirable. I found HR to be a mess, I found the management has no time. My personal opinion if you’re a rep find a company that appreciates you. I have yet to meet ANYONE happy in this industry my advice move on until more regulations are in place.

My experience with Mederi Caretenders exceeded my expectations. I had them twice - in May and just now for PT. The second time I ask for them prior to hospital discharge. If you are looking for people who know their stuff, are punctual, easy to work with, and are compassionate - choose Mederi. I am so very grateful for all of the nurses and therapists who helped me.

Worse experience of my life! Run the lack of knowledge is super scary ALWAYS listen to your Doctor not home health first and foremost. The Director herself came first day and didn’t have bandages then a nurse put the bandage sticky part on my incision which ripped scab off. They told me it was infected another time Dr said it wasn’t it was ridiculous on their part. Got my reacher 12 days after surgery (how does that help) the I have an illocomy that I never got my bag situation fixed so now I have to pay out of pocket bc the ones they did give me are crap they all have all gotten holes and in my 9 years never had that problem plus director doesn’t understand 5 plus 5 is 10 so u have bags with not enough wafers after explaining this to her 5 or 6 times! So say they are incompetent in an understatement. Thank goodness I’ve had over 60 surgeries and knew better as they told me I could shower 3 days after surgery when Dr said 14 days. Please go elsewhere or get infection or worse here!

The home care team is excellent. Jimmy and Krista with physical therapy are amazing! They were responsible for my grandmothers care and I couldn't have asked for better people to come in to my home and care for her!

Horrible staff and nurses. .please consider another company if you are looking for passionate caring nurses..This place needs to be shut down!!
