The customer service and delivery of supplies has been terrible the past 6 months. I have to continually call to remind them to ship my supplies. I warned them that I'm changing supplier if I need to call once more!
UPDATE: I found another more reliable supplier who will work with my physician.

I am very disappointed in this company period this is the worst company to deal with with with customer service period this customer past discovering the passage, the book around from one place to another period you never get your supplies on time period you never get what the doctor put in the request for you. Period
If you choose this copy, I feel sorry for you. This is the worst company to deal with what any type of supplies, but period i'd rather if you choose this company. Take a second look, they call you. I'll throw out the day and you still don't get to supply it. So when you cancel and you don't go back to them, they still call you period period this company needs to be closed down and not dealing with medicare of medicaid or any other company whatsoever.

They are scam artists taking advantage of the elderly. Once they get their phone number they keep calling relentlessly to both the patient and provider. Offering products like talking glucose monitors and then give their insurance information to some unknown pharmacy and they ship you some cheap meter nothing close to what and when they promised. I am constantly warning our patients to beware of giving info to these infomercial companies.

I was very disappointed and unimpressed with Customer Service! My father's glucometer stopped working. When I asked if they could overnight the meter, I was met with a big NO! Because of medicare... we were previously with another company and in emergency situations the company would overnight the products, no matter where he might be at the time. In this case, the representative acted as a gatekeeper. Then I asked if she could ask the manager, and she too said NO. How does this make Medenvios great, when they worry more about saving costs than assisting an elderly person with dire needs, and asking them to wait 5 to 7 days!! This is not great customer service as some of the employees tout on this site.

Since I moved to Florida in 2017 I’ve been seen by the same doctor for my Type 2 Diabetes. My diabetes is under control with pills and I measured my glucose three times a day. The prescription to MedEnvios has always been the same for a Type 2 Diabetic.

On the latest receipt of supplies I not only got the usual and more. I got syringes, new glucose meter and other items used by a type 1 Diabetic. I contacted MedEnvios and they told me that items where sent according to the doctors prescription. I then contacted my doctor who told me that nothing had changed and the had sent a script for a Type 2 Diabetic.

Shame on you MedEnvios for stealing money from Medicare. I’m will make a point to contact Medicare to inform them if this situation.

My elderly father was tricked into their services. After he declined their services they started contacting me. After I asked to have my number removed I have been receiving dozens of silent robo calls from multiple numbers. Be careful doing business with this company.
