This urgent care has never cease to amaze me. Once again my visit was quick, professional, quick check in, and sensitive. Doctors had awesome bedside manners. For this reason, I continue to recommend my friends and especially my colleagues to make their plans to visit and see for themselves.

First and foremost, I want to express my pride as an employee of DCH. I couldn't be more proud of my colleagues and the exceptional work they do. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me and my family feel incredibly welcome. The Imaging Department, in particular, was outstanding.

Ms. Brittany and her team ensured that I was in great hands, and they delivered on that promise. They explained the procedure and instructions with clarity and precision. Additionally, the staff took the extra step of escorting my wife to the patient waiting area, where they carefully explained the details of my procedure to her.

From the warm reception by Tana Agnew to the professionalism demonstrated by the entire Imaging Department, including its leadership, the experience was exceptional. Job well done, team!

Dr. McGee and all of the staff took great care of me at my visit! I could tell they were all very caring, wanted to best for their patients and loved their jobs. Dr. McGee took his time while talking to me and made sure to treat me as a person not just a patient! I will definitely use MedCenter South in the future!

After two days of not being able to get a response from my Primary Care Practice I check in on line at Med Center south where I was informed I was 3rd in line with a 15 minute wait. I checked in, was screen by a Nurse Practitioner, treated and sent to Northport for an ultrasound that was negative. Fast thorough service. Happy happy

This WAS our go-to Med place..love Docs, love the nurses..but the front desk people need the go elsewhere! We signed in on line, got instant message back saying we were 2nd in line, to be there in 10 min. I called to say it would take a few more
Min than that, nice lady said no prob, they would just move us down the list.
When we got in the parking lot,
Text said we were 4th in line. We jumped out, had cards out to give front desk. Place was pretty crowded so we asked if we could go back out to truck, she pointed to an area to the side. Thought it wouldn’t be long SINCE WE WERE 4th. After the 7th person was called back I went up to the desk, just as I received a text saying “Thank you, come again”, indicating that we were DONE. I asked the desk person about going from 4th to getting a goodbye. She turned to other desk person to her right. They started whispering..REALLY..with the other lady shaking her head. So RUDE!! Someone else was called back while they were whispering and I was waiting for a response.
The blonde desk person came back and said we would the next one called back. Kind of had to be because EVERYONE but one man and one woman were left. As I sat back down, the woman was called back. So we went from 4th to 9th and still not called back…we left, plenty of other places to go.

We came there about 30 min before closing and they got us back quickly. We had just came in from Mobile from picking up my daughter’s dog and they were so kind to let us bring him in with us on his leash. We both were so sick , especially my mom. The guy that triaged us was super nice. We only saw the nurse practitioner, no doctor came in.
Everyone was nice and kind but we were never asked about what medicines that we took which is very important because my mom has heart problems. Maybe it was already on the file , I’m not sure but we visited the Northport location the next day because we were worse and they were lots more detailed there. Maybe it was because it was the end of the day but I would say they way they did things there was much better. Although I appreciate South seeing us. Ended up , the medicines that were sent to the pharmacy from South were closed and closed the next day as well. So we didn’t have any medicine to take and since was worse went to North and ended up testing positive for Covid. But we thanked them for getting us in and they were all very nice and caring

Friendly staff that you can tell work diligently to get patients in and out. Doctors make you feel as though they care and have even apologized for the wait time.
