My Father used the Medcare DME when he was discharged from Jackson Memorial after a back surgery, they had everything in his home before he even made it out of the hospital bed. Great services would recommend 10/10 times

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is borderline criminal. I don’t understand how they keep their license. They didn’t show up for my father‘s care for days and days. They would not answer their phones or return our phone calls. We are going to make a complaint with Baptist Hospital because they should not send anyone to this place because it is terrible and unsafe. I am going to make a formal complaint with the Florida Department of health.
