I had a bad experience with Val she acted like she didn’t want to wait on me but I was still nice and told her thank you and she turned her back to me and didn’t say anything back to me. She also tried arguing with me on the phone, telling me that my oxygen had already been delivered when I wouldn’t be calling if it had been delivered, just no patient and needs to choose a different profession. OK, the woman that I complained to she did not act like she liked it. She kept saying that she’s coming along way she come from a doctors office overnight before comes in. If she doesn’t like her job she needs to go somewhere else. Stephanie came out and set up all my oxygen and explained everything to me. She was always nice when I come in the office. Ms Krystal was also very nice and professional with me. So I called and reported Val. I talked to Mrs Seal and she said she would talk with Ms Val. Hope the problem gets resolved. Thanks Ms Phelps. Five star to Stephanie and Krystal but I only give ms Val a 3 and that’s being generous.

I fractured my back and Staci Hannig, MSi, delivered my back brace. She was professional and gave detailed information about how to wear the brace. She adjusted the brace so it fit me perfectly. I rank Staci 5 because she provided me with excellent medical service.

So rude ! They can’t be bothered to explain how this Cpap stuff works ! Always act like you’re bothering them by asking questions! Please do your self a favor go somewhere else !!
