If I could give zero stars, I would! My daughter is sick with her asthma and can’t get these incompetent people to send her medicine in to the pharmacy. It’s been 6 hrs and several calls and they are just now sending it and with an attitude. They can keep their attitudes because we will never darken the door of this place again! And I will let everyone I know to avoid also.

Do not recommend. They were understaffed and I had to wait for 45 minutes to get test results after them taking all of my vitals/samples. The next day they received a culture test results that indicated that I needed a different medicine. They called to tell me this at noon but never called in the medicine even after I called to remind them hours later before they closed. I had to go to my doctor the next day, who got my records from them, to get the correct medicine prescribed a day later. My illness then continued longer that it should have I believe due to not getting the right medicine quickly.

If you’re looking for a five star clinic, this is it. Walking through the front door, I am always greeted with a smile. My wait is never long. The MA’s are friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioner, Caroline Josey, (who is also my primary care physician), takes excellent care of me. Every staff member truly seems to care about your well being and work as a team to make your visit a great experience. I often see the office manager at the front desk, or in the back. She is very friendly and seems to be a good cheerleader for her team. Overall, if you are looking for excellent care in a timely manner, you’ve found it.

Awesome place
After my 5yr old was turned away by childrens urgent care in northport I lucked up and found this place. I got there at 645 and they close at 7 and the other place closes at 8 I felt bad but my girl was sick thought I would try and they took her in with a smile was amazing with her could tell they care and made her feel not scared diagnosed her and was the best I could have ever asked for. I walked out of there at 8. They stayed late to take care of a sick child when they didn't have to and they did it happily that's people that care. They have a loyal patient now. If you need urgent care go see them they are professional and truly care about there patients

Terrible place! Rude desk workers with nasty attitudes and they will tell your personal medical info to any one who asks. Reminder that is a HIPAA violation! Took them over 6 hours to call in medications and that was after 4 different phone calls. Deserve 0 stars! The two nurses were nice during the 2 hour long visit but thats the only decent thing to be said about the place.

Absolutely hands down the best medical clinic! Came in feeling awful after being to a previous clinic unsure of my diagnosis. They gave me IV antibiotics and checked in on me regularly. They even gave me blankets, water, and the dr brought her iPad in with a movie turned on. Planning to switch to this clinic as my regular dr. They are so kind and caring. You can tell they care about their patients!!!

The front office staff and med techs are friendly. The Nurse Practioner I saw was inexperienced and completely missed the mark. The lack of treatment for the length of symptoms was concerning. I immediately called my PCM who prescribed a 10 day round of antibiotics along with an aggressive treatment plan. Kept me from a hospital visit. Exercise caution here...

I have visited this Med360 several times and they never disappoint. The front desk is friendly. The staff that take symptoms and run through the basic protocols (blood pressure, temperature, pulse ox, etc) are very kind, thorough, and caring. I see Caroline just about every time. She is the best physician I have ever seen out of an urgent care facility. She is super thorough, caring, explains everything to a T, and very open minded when it comes to treatment. Every staff member truly wants you feel better as quickly as possible. They are quick to send medicines the pharmacy for pick-up. The entire experience every time makes you feel comfortable especially with the staff as great as they are!!!
