We're in town for the month and I was attacked and bitten by a dog. From the moment we walked in to the clinic we felt welcomed and more relaxed. The ladies who greeted us were reassuring and kind. After a short time we were taken to an examination room. The nurse was awesome. When the doctor came in he was friendly, professional and reassuring. He gave us the pertinent information we needed and told us if we had any questions or concerns to call. Overall it was a great experience. I would go back.

I will only be coming here from now on. Best urgent care in Naples by far. They were honest about the wait times, very helpful at the desk, and straightforward. I called and came here after another clinic gave my mother and I a hard time. Dr. Alonso was very attentive and genuinely wanted to alleviate my mother of her pain. The staff at the front desk were very approachable and candid.
