I had an exceptional experience at MD Now Urgent Care! Joelle, the provider, was professional and attentive, addressing all my concerns with care. Annaistasia, the medical assistant, was incredibly kind and efficient, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Caitlin, the X-ray tech, truly stood out with her positive energy and humor, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. She was thorough, professional, and brought a warm, friendly vibe to the whole process. The entire team was knowledgeable, compassionate, and made my visit a pleasant one. Highly recommend this location for outstanding care!

I’m glad I came here—the staff was very nice, and the facility was clean. Monica was wonderful and truly reassured me about my concerns. I’m not usually a fan of visiting urgent care, but I felt comfortable here. As a self-pay patient, I also appreciated their reasonable prices compared to all the other places I called. She solved my problem and provided clear answers to all of my questions.

Paid $180 just for you to tell me to go soak in episom salt and gave me an antibiotic that doesn’t work. Finger still swelling, and I’m out $180. Nurse said finger needed to be drained , doctor didn’t even touch my hand. Don’t waste ya money

The team at MD Now sunrise are friendly and efficient. My walk in appointment was completed in an hour. The nurse practitioner that saw me diagnosed my issue and gave me what I needed to get better. I appreciate how friendly the front end staff are. Would recommend to others in need of urgent care.

Negatives:I visited with cold/flu symptoms lasting over a week and a senior. I was not offered a covid or flu test and no mention of a chest X-ray. My throat, ears and nose were not examined. I expected a more thorough examination. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the office was clean.
