I’ve visited this clinic several times for myself and my oldest son. If the clinic is busy, be prepared for a wait of about an hour or more before being seen. You can always check the system to see how many people are ahead of you. My most recent visit was on New Year’s Day. While I usually try to recover on my own, I rely on this clinic for a quick fix when needed. Front desk lady was nice and helpful. The digital check-in process is convenient as you can input all your information directly from your phone. My visit went smoothly, and the doctor was nice and helpful.

I arrived at the place with my son who had a fever. The woman at the reception was very funny, dancing and laughing. When she decided to help me, she asked me to spell my son's last name. His last name contains a letter "g". I pronounced that letter and she told me that she didn't understand. My son said it to her again. She looked at her colleague and they laughed saying that they didn't understand. We repeated that letter at least 8 times... It's not difficult to pronounce, but apparently, neither my son nor I pronounced it the way they wanted. When we finally managed to get them to stop laughing, they understood what we were saying. I asked them to pronounce that letter and, obviously, they pronounced it the same as us... I suppose they have cameras and the episode has been recorded so that some manager can observe it and take action. It's sad that you go to the doctor because you feel bad and on top of that they annoy you by making fun of you and on top of that, for no reason.

Went in the morning for a suspected sinus infections. They were very friendly and only waited a little time, nothing unreasonable. Got my diagnosis and they sent my prescription to my pharmacy electronically. Will definitely use them again.

The wait was not terrible. Facility was clean, the staff was very kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Shout out to Ana, Brenica, Marilyn and Portiner for taking care of me and my children during an episode of painful strep.

Doctors and Staff are always caring, quick, and empathetic! Prescriptions, if any, are ordered prior to discharge, and almost always available at my pharmacy by the time I leave MD Now! I love this facility — Urgent Care at its finest!!
