We had a great experience at MD Urgent Care. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front office staff was friendly and helpful. The PA who treated my daughter was amazing—she was kind, caring, and made sure my daughter was well taken care of. We came in to have her stitches removed after her primary care provider wasn’t able to, and the PA handled it efficiently. I highly recommend MD Urgent Care for their excellent service and compassionate care! 😊

The front desk girl was super duper very polite and friendly but yet respectful, always willing to go that extra mile. Truly an amazing person. The attendant helping me out with the tests was a very knowledgeable friendly young woman willing to help super support seemed as though those two girls were running the place. Kudos for the two young ladies I met today they are truly blessed and amazing individuals. God bless them.

I received great care! The receptionist was so nice, the nurse explained everything and Dr was very thorough! I'm very happy with my care..they were right on the mark and I feel better today with the prescriptions ordered.

Went in for possible sinus infection, I was questioned about my symptoms then given blood pressure, temperature, and pulse ox tests. Then brought to a exam room to wait, PA came in listened to my lungs and said he had prescribed some meds for me. Never looked in my throat or nose, no swabs taken. I hope he made a good guess for my diagnosis. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!! I thought a U/C would be better than minute clinic at CVS, Time will tell. Avoid this place!!!!!!!

Urgent care staff went above and beyond to help me return to work! Liz was sympathetic to the challenges presented by archaic duplicates of employer paperwork and enlisted the help of manager Paris who guided the process of my employer’s required paperwork to a successful end! Can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile. Good healthcare is hard enough to find. But exceptional customer service with good healthcare is rare! You knocked it out of the ballpark! Many thanks and I’ll see you next time I need healthcare for sure.

Very good service, no appointment needed, I was sick and able to pre-register online and then wait at home until 10 mins before my place in line was first.
The triage nurse was ok but the NP Joseph was very good and thorough. I will request him if I have to go again.

I walked in and taken back in less than 15 minutes. Half my face was swollen like I had 25 jawbreakers in there. Staff, Doctor and everyone was thorough, quick and treated for the symptom. Left there and meds were ready when I got to pharmacy. Fantastic and caring experience. Love the Staff!!

It was a 4 hour wait even though we registered on line at 8 am. I realize that sometimes can happen and they were pleasant to deal with. The following day they called to follow up on my husband and when he asked about me because I wasn't feeling much difference he was told I should go to the hospital. It didn't feel as if they cared. It was a sad feeling. 😔
