The photo attached is my original review. The 1 star that I wish could be -5 stars in this review is for the facility.

I'm doing another review on behalf of the experience I had with Mr. Theodore Trowel. Facility manager. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He returned my call more than promptly. And like Rose, the experience I had with him was what I expected walking into the facility. Basic human decency, among other things.

Very respectful, attentive, and thoughtful young man. I'm not sure how those 2 females in my original review misrepresented this Urgent Care so perfectly. But they did. And it's a shame. Because Mr. Trowel, Rose, and I'm sure the business doesn't deserve it at all from my vantage point.

And as paying customers in need of urgent medical care, among other things, we definitely don't.

Thank you again. Mr. Trowel and Rose! Genuine, caring people! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an excellent experience at MD NOW Urgent c a re of Miramar today. All team members were very kind. Kyrstina Goodwin PA exceeded my expectation showing knowledge
and good support. Highly reccomend.

I had a very great experience at MD NOW Urgent Care. The staff were very friendly and professional. My M.A. Abby was very sweet and helpful. My PA Shana-Kay was amazing as well, she diagnosed me and explained everything perfectly. The establishment is very neat and clean, will return if need be. Thank you guys!

When I walked in here I was in lots of pain. Although the service provided at this Urgent MD location was absolutely amazing, I was greeted by Vanessa and seen by Doc Madison Kelly and the assistant nurse Rose she did my blood work and was just incredibly good she was so gentle and kind at all times!!!!! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Thank you ladies.

When I walked it, I was greeted by Whitney the front desk receptionist. The instructions she gave for checking- in were clear. The wait wasn’t long before meeting Rose. Rose (Medical Assistant) was detailed during the assessment. Seems as though she has many years of clinical experience. Shanya (Physician Assistant) is knowledgeable and we established a great rapport for the short time I was there. Overall, my experience at MD Now Urgent Care Miramar is a 10/10.

As the moment we arrived it was unpleasant, we asked a question to the receptionist she did not looked at me she said may I help you but she was just in her phone and the computer. I asked her can you please pay attention to me while I speak to you and she gave me that look … she still did not make eye contact I guess she was to good for my money

We told her what problems we had and she responded with a attitude and still not looking at us just in the computer we only take cash, I was ready to leave but I had to get this done for my daughter … so I just let it go just wanted to get done …. Mind you place was empty empty and we had to wait 45 m I guess it was 1 pm and they were eating there lunch …. Which I understand but they should have a sign stating that or at least the receptionist could advise us that at this moment we didn’t want to have no interaction with her anymore so we stayed quiet.

We finally got in and nurse she was old lady nice her name is Rose she asked questions took my daughter pressure she was professional.

Doc Don was good also.

I give a 1 because of the receptionist I know is hard to find good employees and I know everyone has bad days but if you do you need to leave that home as you are dealing with costumer service and people that are not feeling well.

I paid cash and left I hope they fix the issue speacially a recognized urgent care .

My experience at MD Now Miramar was nothing short of amazing. From the front desk to medical staff, my concerns were addressed with such care and attention. Rose was exceptional and took great care of me while taking my vitals and medical information. PA Melissa Walker went beyond to assist me with my medical complaint and even filled out necessary paperwork for me. I’m overly grateful for the staff at MD Now Miramar and I will be back in the future if any other health concerns arise. Thank you ladies for your attentiveness and care.
