The intake at registration was phenomenal! Tamika took my vitals and asked a series of good questions prior to seeing Dr Barclay -Shell. The care provided was outstanding and the staff was very professional. After having a chest cray I was correctly diagnosed and prescribed the appropriate medication. Kudos to the staff and operation team at this location. Keep up the great job! Nancy

This location was absolutely amazing. Although my wait was longer than expected and they were short-staffed, I did not feel rushed in the slightest when it was time for me to be seen. The center also notified me they were short-staffed when I arrived. This clear communication was amazing.

Rose (MA) was absolutely lovely and made me feel at ease with her fun and professional demeanor. Sheryl Abbott was also exceptional. Again, I didn't feel like I was rushed or my care was compromised although they were a bit short-staffed today.

I recommend this location any day of the week, literally! They're open Monday through Sunday!!!!

I went to MD Now with symptoms of a uti. I completed my registration online before I went. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Rose, my nurse, was very attentive to my issues and quite personable. Sheryl Abbott, PA-C came in to verify my diagnosis and called in an antibiotic.
I have visited this urgent care several times. We are snowbirds, and I appreciate that the office is so close to our condo.

Sheryl Abbott is a godsend to this clinic. We are visiting from IL without a primary care physician in FL and chose to visit MD Now. My husband needed stitches in his shin and a wound on his arm cleaned and treated. She was so absolutely thorough, explaining everything to watch for that we felt so much better after seeing her. He had a follow up visit with her and again we were so pleased with her care and compassion. Sheryl is definitely an asset to MD Now.

This location is very amazing The staff there are kind and very helpful. I arrived at the very last 3 minutes before they're about to close and they were still kind to take me in and treat me ( I had sliced my finger with a meat cleaver). I want to say that Dr. Faye Barclay-Shell is an absolutely amazing doctor who took her time with me and made sure that I was a okay and well taken care of. Her setup was precise and quick on gathering the materials and tools to treat me. Her gentleness and administrating the a lot of injection could barely be felt, and her keen eye in making sure that stitches she applied was neat and even was that to admire. I do want to brag that the stitches that she gave me (6 in total) has to be the neatest and cleanest stitches I've ever received and have ever seen. Her professionalism and kind manners really made my visit one to always remember. She truly is a master at her craft. I hope people have the privilege to be treated by her because they truly will be put in great caring hands. My visit was on 07/15/2024 @ 7:58pm and I was walking out of this facility by 8: 31 pm. Professionally efficient and humanly kind, an experience that people dream of.

My wife and I both had booked on line for an 8am appt to deal with head colds. They took us in promptly. The nurse was friendly and thorough. PA Sheryl Abbott was also just as friendly and thorough in her diagnosis and care. Highly recommend.

The registration process is terrible!!! It took over 45 minutes to get fully registered, a process that should’ve taken five minutes by the clerk. It took us so long registering by phone, because their system wouldn’t process my ID CARD. It took over 4 tries. The whole system is ludicrous!! The nurse was as friendly as a rattle snake. The Nurse Practitioner was fine, though rushed. We were at this Urgent Care for three hours. The nurse didn’t want to accept that my husband’s fully certified service dog was allowed in! They only had one provider, which meant wait times were an hour to a 1.5 hours.

I followed the check-in process online and was told to arrive at 8:30. I arrived at 8:30 had more check-in to do. I sat on the waiting list as next in line for an hour and half. After an hour and half they came out and said the wait would be another two hours for everyone as their physician assistant left. I tried asking the receptionist is that for new arrivals since I’ve already been waiting an hour and a half she just shrugged her shoulders. I had a flight to catch in a few hours and couldn’t gamble when they may be able to get to you. After I got back to my house my sister told me the same thing happened to her at this location. Only the additional wait was three and a half hours. Seems they could have better patient management and understand wait times.
