I booked my appointment online. Once I received a communication that there were 4 people before me, I just hung around the house waiting for the next communication. Soon enough I received a message saying it was time for me to leave for my appointment ( you provide how long it will take to drive there). Once I got there, check-in was quick (I did all the paperwork before I left the house). I was seen shortly after my arrival. I was seen by Kelly. She was excellent. She listened to everything I had to say about my situation (unlike my Primary Care Doctor whom I saw 3 days before) and provided excellent care. I started feeling better later in the day and after 1 day I feel 100% better. MD Now also called me the next day to see if all was fine. I will definitely use this facility again if I need to. I highly recommend this facility for cleanliness, friendly staff and professionalism.

Hands down the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness and care. They saw me last minute, and despite that, they never made me feel rushed. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly nice, professional, and compassionate.

What truly set them apart was the follow-up—I was pleasantly surprised when they called me the next day just to check on how I was doing. That level of care and attention is rare, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to their patients.

This was my first time going to an urgent care facility. Excellent in every way! Timing was good, doctor great, medical assistants warm and friendly and receptionists too. If I need to go again in future I will go here. It wasn't very far from where I live and didn't take long to get there.

Excellent experience. Everyone was professional and welcoming and considerate. I saw Kelly and she very quickly recognized that I have bronchitis. She was prompt, warm and really listened - to both what I was saying and to my lungs ;-). Very caring and friendly and I felt right at home. We leave sunny Florida soon to return to cold New England. It’s uncomfortable being ill away from home, especially if, like me, you’re four years older than dirt. I was very relieved to receive such excellent treatment from everyone at MD Now Urgent Care - Golden Gate. Ten stars!

At first I was nervous to try MD Urgent care but it was an excellent experience and if something happens again i will be back. When I first walked in Daniel was there and helped me get checked in! He was happy, pleasant and so kind. Then the nurse Gerard was great followed by the PA Ida who was excellent! She treated me correctly and I’m feeling better! Highly recommend this urgent care!

Registered on line made my appointment so I didn't have to wait. They emailed me my time to come in. Checked in at desk and waited maybe 15min. Medical assistants were great and so was the PA I saw. Will use them again when needed. The office and patient rooms were very clean.
