Had to bring my daughter in for an earring that was infected and needed removed.
Called ahead to make sure our insurance was accepted, and it was.
Came in greeted by front desk Sherline , who was wonderful warm and started our initial check in process. We quickly was brought to the back and MA Andrea was wonderful as well taking her vitals and asking initial common questions when visiting a doctors office. She brought us back to our room to wait for the Dr.
Quickly Dr. Laura came in and accessed my daughters ear , asked her questions finding out how long this had been going on. And calmly let my daughter know she would remove it , setting her at ease. She was gentle but firm and removed the troubled ear ring. My daughter was very happy, and we all let out a laugh when Dr Laura asked her if she wanted to keep the ear ring. Finally she gave my daughter instructions and gave a script for the infection to heal properly.
Wonderful experience all around.

First off , let me say from the second i walked in the door i received the best assistance from Gwen. She is absolutely amazing, caring and professional. She assisted me in the most
comforting and professional manner. She made my entire experience here. The doctors were also very helpful, made me feel comfortable and overall experience at this location is the best i’ve been too so far. Thank you Gwen ! and thank you to this location!!

First of all if you have to go go because I found the place extremely clean. The people there were very professional and very pleasant to talk to and or do business with. I was taken almost immediately saw a doctor within 15 minutes was diagnosed given medicines and I was told because of what I had to come back the next day to check on severity and door. If it's recovering went back the next day. Had to see the doctor again. If it wasn't for that doctor when she did what she did I would be in the hospital instead of giving you this message. I would go there every time anytime and I would recommend it to anybody. The service there is excellent

I haven’t visited an MD now since 2020 because I felt like a number to the staff. I visited this MD now because they were the only urgent care open and I’m glad I did. Gwen at the front desk was very kind and personable. She made me feel welcomed. The PA that saw me was pretty cool too. The staff overall was very welcoming and I felt heard as a patient.

Overall a really good experience. Check-in was pretty efficient, and I enjoyed a pleasant conversation with the young lady behind the desk as I checked in. I missed getting her name, but she was very professional and friendly. Justine took vitals and asked basic questions and did a very good job, extremely friendly and had a great bedside manner. Kim was my provider, and she was a good mix of professional, efficient, and very friendly and real. I feel like the staff wants to provide good service and at the same time saw me as a person as well as a patient. Good job by everyone.

Per this visit I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The woman at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The N.P. seemed very knowledgeable and provided me the time needed to complete her assessment of my medical issue. Based on this visit, I wouldn't have any problem recommending this facility.

The check in person was great. The medical assistant was good too.
The Doctor was awful. Spent maybe 3-5 minutes with me in the 2-1/2 hour visit. She didn’t check me out, never asked me any questions and she gave no explanations. So very disappointed!!! Horrible experience.

Service was great. I was registered by a lovely young lady. After a very short wait (5 minutes) I was taken in by the medical assistant and 2 minutes after she left the room the doctor came in. Efficient and pleasant.
