Was on vacation in Orlando and came down with some crackling in my chest for a cold I had been trying to get over. I was able to book an appointment late in the evening, they were able to see me, get me the meds I needed and out very quickly. Got us back to our vacation quickly! Highly recommend.

I'll give this place 2 stars and that's because the receptionist was friendly upon coming in. I came into this place due to having nausea and cold/flu like symptoms. Once I got checked in and filled out all my paperwork I was perplexed as to why I still had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby even though it was only me and another person. Anyway once I got back there the nurse that took me in was giving me directions and talking really fast like she was in a hurry but there was maybe one other patient in another room. Same thing when the doctor came in she was talking really fast. Anyway I thought this was annoying and my experience felt rushed and not intimate. You would have thought this clinic was really busy and had 30 people waiting, so not true. However, once the physician did come into see me she diagnosed me with the flu and prescribed me meds for nausea and for my cough symptoms. It was fairly quick. When I bought my meds and started to take them I noticed they did not work at all. I coughed all night. I called the next day and asked if the doctor could prescribe me something stronger for my cough and I was told I'm going to have to wait until it takes affect. Like, how long should medication take to work after taking one pill every 8 hours? I should see some results with the first pill. I spent a $50 copay and $50 for both medications that didn't do the job and ended up having to get something over the counter. This place did not help and was a waste of time and money. I'm thankful that I have insurance otherwise I'd be spending more out of pocket.

We came for our appointment time and things moved pretty quickly, even with the flu and covid test. The doctor was amazing and saw us at the same time which was brilliant since one of us got the other sick so we had the same thing. She took good care of us and diagnosed us accurately and efficiently so that we could return to work feeling better!!! I'm from out of town and working here in Orlando so it's nice to now know when I'm here and not feeling well, I don't have to suffer! Thanks so much!!!

I was seen in a timely manner and the doctor was great. The support staff not so much. Maybe because it was a Saturday morning. The sign-in could have been a little smoother. The nurse was not very helpful when it came to weighing me she just stood there didn't help me with my purse or cane and didn't tell me where to put them.

Excellent experience! From out of town and was treated with the most amazing provider I’ve experience when away from home. From the front desk professional they walked me through the entire process to the provider that tended to my care. I am more than happy to recommend this beautiful bunch of people. Great job!

Amazing!!! Thank you for all your help when my daughter was really unwell. From reception to triage nursing, fantastic! Miss Maria and Dr Miguel, I cant thank you enough for all you done. The care was second to none and was constant 1 on 1. Made my daughter feel so comfortable and so very well looked after considering how bad she actually was. We made it back to the UK with no admission. You are worth your weight in gold and we will forever be so grateful to you and your prompt action. You were a big part of our journey and I am pleased to say she made a recovery. People like yourselves are never given enough credit but you do such an amazing job. Once again thank you soooo much!!!
