Very hospitable and professional environment. I was a walk-in patient and seen within moments. I felt heard about my symptoms and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy in no time. I would definitely recommend this urgent care location, every single person was more than pleasant to work with.

January, 2025 update from my last review: I thank Almighty God for this facility. My husband was having what he thought was bad heartburn. He was seen by Chris Kempf, NP who quickly recognized the symptoms of a heart attack. He was able to diagnose that and immediately called for an ambulance to take my him to AdventHealth. While my husband just wanted to drive himself, Mr. Kempf would simply not allow that. His quick thinking and his insistence on doing what was right for my husband probably saved his life. We cannot thank him enough for his skill and professionalism.

Nov. 2024: A friend of mine took her daughter here for an injured hand and was very pleased so I thought I would try it when I was sick with what I thought was the flu. Everything about it was excellent. I was able to make an appointment online early in the morning and fill in all the information in advance. My appointment was at 8 AM that morning and that’s exactly when I got in. NP Jessica was very professional and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with the proper diagnosis and a call in for antibiotics. I was very impressed with how clean the facility is and how professional everyone was, how easy it was to make the appointment and how quickly I got in and out. Also the price was very fair. This is our new go to for minor family emergencies. It’s much more convenient than waiting to be squeezed in for a doctor’s appointment when you’re not feeling well now. And it’s quite a lot easier, faster and less expensive than going to ‘the other’ urgent care we’ve been to or the ER. I highly recommend MD Now Urgent Care!

Absolutely fantastic walk-in clinic was able to be seen right away reasonable copay from my insurance. I felt like I was listened to and my situation was evaluated My professional staff assessed and the proper medical regimen was prescribed I will absolutely be coming here when my primary care physician cannot see me instead of going to the ER

I've been here several times and have always had a great experience. My wait time has been minimal and the staff is extremely kind and professional. My health concerns have always been treated correctly. I would rather go there than see my family doctor. I would like to thank, Isabella, Dee, Allyson and Chris, you are the best! Guy never mentioned what he was. Never asked what medications I was on. He just prescribed medications without being able to crosscheck the side effects or compatibility with what meds I'm on. Then one med he prescribed I am already on with COPD. One of the others Paxlovid he suggested not to take it When I told my pharmacist he was surprised at the treatment.

Then the pharmacist told me not to take the Paxlovid with my statin.

What the hell, don't you people have doctor 's there.

I had a primary named Dr rosetti and he called me aside one visit and said: "remember a nurse is not a doctor, they think they are doctors but they aren't."
I was very put off by the whole visit, I would have been better going to the ER

It was a simple process. I got up at 730 am so that I could be there by 900. I checked in online before I left home and by the time I arrived there was one person ahead of me and I was called to the back for the pre employment drug test. I was given clear instructions and my personal items were locked in a small closet within the restroom. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff members were smiling and friendly.
