I had an injury, but wasn’t quite sure how I obtained it. So I decided to try going to MD Now. When I entered, it was clean and quiet. The receptionist was polite and helpful. When I was seen, the nurse was professional, friendly, and very efficient. The Doctor came in rather quickly and examined me and explained everything. He provided suggestions and recommendations for how to resolve my issue, making sure that I understood everything that was being explained. This was the first time that I have needed to go to Urgent Care, but with this experience, if need be, I’d much rather return here than an Emergency Room.

I’m leaving five stars because the staff was so helpful and patient and kind. I had made my appointment for 8:30 in the morning and was fourth in line when I arrived. There were many people in the waiting room and it seemed like the office was overwhelmed with the amount of patients, but the staff really worked hard in making sure everyone was seen in a timely manner, and that kind of service deserves recognition!

Wow! what a great experience. The lady at the front desk was so polite referring to me as Mr Lloyd, then the nurse was kind and attentive. The Doctor was very professional and took the time to explain everything concerning my ear ache, what a great place.

The facility itself was nice, clean and felt like an actual doctors office instead of a clinic. The staff I interacted with were all pleasant and friendly. Wait time wasn't unreasonable. I went to get diagnosed/treated for a bad cough. I paid CASH for the initial visit and was told I had to put a card on file, so I did. In the course of my visit the doctor sent me to another location for xray. I was told there was no additional charge for this. Fine, I went. Later that day I was called to confirm the diagnosis (pneumonia) and they called in 2 prescriptions. Doctor wanted me to come in for follow up, which i did and they charged my card the fee. Fine. At this point I am finished, no other visits.
IMAGINE my surprise when I see 2 MORE CHARGES TO MY CARD!!!! And not small amounts! What the heck for? I will be calling shortly to get this straightened out, but seriously.... at no point was I told there would be additional charges after I was finished.i made sure to ask due to limited funds.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is THE WORST place to ever go for urgent care. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my ENTIRE life dealing with the healthcare system. The Haitian assistant working in this location (6300 SW AVE) was THE WORST human being I’ve ever encountered in my life. She had no compassion whatsoever. I said hello and got no response and she got upset at the fact that I flinched when she tried putting the long cue tip up my nose then said angrily she couldn’t do it after 2 attempts then walked out the room. I would highly recommend NEVER to go here if you want to be treated with respect and kindness.

This had to be one of the best experiences being sick that I ever had! I never told the MA Robencia or PA L. Forte that I was a retired RN. They treated me with such respect. I was traveling and have just recently returned home but felt compelled to share that they took expert care of me and made it possible for me to continue Mt travels. Robencia, no lie gave the BEST injections I have ever had and I have had many!! (I must say the steroid injection did hurt but only after the injection was over). L. Forte diagnosed me correctly and prescribed what I needed and explained everything I would need to know! I cannot say enough praise for these 2 medical professionals and would like them to know how much I appreciate them and the service they provide. Being from out of town it was difficult to make a choice as to where to go and I am so thankful I chose right! Kudos to you and keep up the good work!!!

I have alway loved going to MD Now. The staff there is just so professional and kind. They keep you updated when you’re sitting in the waiting room or in one of the patient care rooms. They are fast and thorough every step of the way. You just don’t get that kind of service everywhere these days!

Slow service only 3 persons attending. The front desk lady was more interested in her phone than anything. I spent more time waiting than being attended by the doctor. His first language was not English neither mine but even when he knew that I was struggling to get the whole message he still continued speaking fast, he was clearly in a hurry because was past 8pm. I tried to explain and he wasn’t interested he said what I have to take and that’s it.
