Wonderful experience at this MD Live location. Went in feeling pretty bad and not being able to breathe. Leticia at the front desk was so warm and off the bat made me feel like I was in great hands. They got me in super fast and PA Melissa came right in and took care of me. She was super sweet and a true professional. Ilet was very gentle with the shot she administered. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the great care!

The staff are helpful, caring, and listen to all your concerns. It is nice to go to a facility where everyone cares about their job and treats you with respect. The effectiveness and professionalism would make me want to return. The wait time was reasonable for a Saturday.

This location is very convenient. I have gone several times but the experience may vary from time to time. There are some times that it is absolutely phenomenal, you are in and out very quickly and they take care of your problem. There are other times where you will need to wait in the waiting room, when there is no one else there, and they may leave you in the room longer than needed when you do not see them very busy. Overall it is GOOD.

I visited MD due to a very acute pain related to a kidney stone and had the best customer service experience. Everyone started by feint desk to the clinicians providing care are so kind and helped me control my pain quickly. I recommend MD Now at Bird Road without a doubt.

All staff were amazing. Doctor too and Nurse too the nice lady who helped me was amazing. I felt compassion and felt loved my staff too . Lettycia had a wonderful personality and she was also smiling that Brighton my Day . The Nurse was very kind made me feel my concerns with Covid were meet . The Doctor was also great at her job Dr Valdes was amazing kind and loving. You all deserve an award for not only your love but also your kindness and smile. Thanks for taking care of me.
