I’ve been going here for 3 years now and I’m done!! 6 weeks to get an appointment just for med refills, causes you to run out of meds, then they won’t call in meds to get you by until you can get seen. I finally got seen on Wednesday and now it’s Saturday and she still hasn’t called in my meds to the pharmacy! So frustrating!!

I guess one star because it is impossible to get an appt. I had an appt. With the hurricanes they called with an automated message saying they cancelled it. Then they called today and said it was not cancelled and they confirmed it. Then I get an email saying it is cancelled but there is no way to reschedule. Unfortunately with insurance you have to have a primary and I had to wait months for a non appointment.

I stated out with Dr. Greenfield and then Dr. Walsh. I loved them both. They've since retired. 25 years it's been MCR.

I truly like Dr Walsh and I found the pharmacy was very efficient not only filling my prescription but notifying me when it was ready for pickup. Also, the phlebotomist was on time and had no trouble drawing my blood. I was probably out of her office within 10 minutes.

I gave them 3 stars as I was on the phone with the referral call center for over 45 minutes. The employee continuously spoke over me. At which point I asked her to stop doing that because I was not hearing anything she was saying. I would try to tell her that my appointment had already been confirmed. She didn’t let me finish my statement before she starts speaking over me again. To say I was aggravated and irritated is an understatement. I asked her why I had received an email and a text message confirming the appointment. She just kept saying ignore it🙄 I said that’s your answer? On top of it, I made the appointment online only to find out not only does that Doctor No longer works for MCR that the office in Sarasota no longer exists. One would think they would take that option off the website

I called this morning to make an appointment for bloodwork. The gentleman set me up for an appointment for next week. I went on my portal and it’s not with the phlebotomist, It’s with a LPN.
I called the office to ask why I was with the LPN. The majority of her responses to my questions were I don’t know I don’t know 🤷‍♀️

Oh, and I had my lab work done a week ago and it still isn’t on my portal. How long do you have to wait for your bloodwork. Again, her response was I don’t know 🤷‍♀️

I had my first visit Jessica Fennel-Thomas. She was wonderful and addressed all of my questions. She made me feel very welcomed.

They don't get prescriptions sent to pharmacy unless you go down there after calking for three days for them to do it and everytime you call you tell them what pharmacy and they still didn't update the pharmacy after telling them on your appointment which pharmacy you use or the three times you called, so when they do finally do it because ypu go down there thwy sent it to the wrong pharmacy so you have to have it transferred. And then find out they still didn't get all the prescriptions sent. So I went down there again and then asked if their pharmacy could fill it and then thwy said they were working on it and let them know i was sitting out there. In which I finally got tired.of waiting and checked with pharmacy and they acted like they had no clue. Then pharmacy couldn't fill it and said rhwy would transfer it to our pharmacy since they had our insurance on file. This was at 10 minutes till 4 on firday. I go to pick up prescriptions only to find out they in fact did not transfer it. And thwy even said they'd do it so he wouldn't be out for the weekend. I guess they wait on people to die or be hospitalized to do anything. So over this. And we just switched to them and I'm very disappointed in the lack of care for their patients.

They can’t keep appts even if you’re 2 hours early. They said “we’ll get you in early if we get a chance.” Lady walks in expresses she doesn’t have an appt. And that she’d wait all day. She didn’t even wait an hour ! They put her in a woman’s spot, that had walked out. Why didn’t they give me that woman’s spot and give the other woman’s my later appt.
It’s always something there.
